Hello everyone! I'm so sorry, I know I said I would update a lot sooner, but things have been a little rough lately. I was lucky enough to start a new job (in healthcare) and I like the work I do, it's just very tiring and mentally exhausting. I'm still trying to learn everything and get used to it, it's just tough. And very recently I had a falling out with a friend. This friend was extremely toxic and I planned on ending the friendship at some point anyway, but it happened sooner than I thought. Even though I'm glad to have that toxicity out of my life, it took a lot out of me and they made me feel like absolute garbage. So I've been dealing with that. But writing and editing helps me a lot, when I have the time. And interacting with all of you makes me so happy. So, thank you.
Anyway, here's the next chapter I promised. We're a little more than halfway through the story. This is going to be a lot longer than I planned but I think y'all are going to enjoy everything I have planned and it is going to be A LOT.
WARNING: This chapter contains sensitive and triggering content such as discussion of death and ill family members. Please keep yourselves safe and don't read if you don't think you can handle it. There will be a brief synopsis at the end of the chapter for those who can't/don't read it.
ENJOY MY LOVES!

Yoongi and Jimin were washing the dishes together when Yoongi's phone rang.
"Hold on, baby let me get that." Yoongi dried his hands quickly and Jimin took over.
"Hello?" He answered. He'd been waiting for a call, hoping this was it.
"Hi, may I speak to Min Yoongi please?"
"Hi, this is him."
"Oh, Yoongi this is Mr. Lee from K-Entertainment, how are you today?"
Yoongi's heart sped up and he walked out of the kitchen to his room. This was the call he was waiting for.
"I'm doing well, how are you?"
"I'm fine, thank you for asking. I'm calling because I read your resume and I would like to invite you to come in for an interview for our co-producer position, if that was something you were still interested in."
"Yes, yes, of course. When would be best for you?" He felt like he was going to cry. This is what he hoped for, what he needed. If he got this position, it would help him get his foot in the door to becoming a producer himself.
"How about this Friday at 9:00AM. Does that work for you?"
"Yes, that sounds great."
"Great. I'll look forward to seeing you then."
"Yes, me too, thank you so much."
"You're welcome. Goodbye."
"Bye."
Yoongi hung up and ran his fingers through his hair and took a breath. All he had to do was get through the interview. He made it this far. He could finally quit Starbucks after working there for so long and not getting anywhere in his career. He can start making a name for himself. He could live a better life. But more importantly to him, he could give Jimin a better life.
He was graduating in two months and was stressing about getting a job, on top of everything else going on. Now he had an amazing opportunity. He was going to do whatever it takes to get to where he wants, no, needs to be.
"Who was that?" Jimin asked, drying and putting away the last of the dishes.
"It was the entertainment company I applied to work at."
