Hello my loves! I'm SO sorry it's been so long. It's just the same as usual, my job is stressful and I haven't had a lot of time to write and revise. But I promised y'all I won't ever abandon this story and I won't. I'm planning on writing a sequel anyway...
But there's no trigger warnings for this chapter. It's pretty light so enjoy!

"You're going to do great, baby. I know you're nervous, so I'm not gonna say something stupid like to not be nervous." Jimin hates when people tell him that. Telling someone with severe anxiety to just 'calm down' or 'don't be nervous' doesn't help in the slightest. "Just do your best, that's all you can do." Jimin sat on the edge of the bed, watching Yoongi get ready, while petting Muffins who was purring next to him.
"You're right. I just want this job so bad." Getting this job would help him in more ways than one. He would get his foot in the door, starting out in the industry he's dreamed of working in since he was little. It's actually important to him. It's decently paying, too. He'd be able to make a life for himself. But more importantly to him, he'd be able to, hopefully, give Jimin a better life. They could have a good life together, and that's all that Yoongi wants.
"I know." Jimin got up and walked up behind Yoongi. Yoongi turned to face him. "If for some reason you don't get this one," Jimin started to say as he ran his fingers down Yoongi's tie, "something else will come along. You're qualified enough. Just go to this interview and take it from there."
Yoongi smiled and put his hands on Jimin's waist. He was so lucky to have the support of his boyfriend. He leaned in to kiss Jimin when Jimin put one of his fingers to Yoongi's lips to stop him. "I didn't brush my teeth yet!"
"So? If you think morning breath is gonna stop me from kissing you then you got it all wrong." Jimin giggled as they kissed gently and sweetly.
"Let's go to the kitchen, my mom is making breakfast and I should probably eat something before I go." The two went to the kitchen where Yoongi's mom was in front of the stove making something.
"Good morning, mom."
She twirled around, "Good morning, boys!" She chirped. "Sit down, I'll bring it to you."
"Thanks, mom."
"Jimin, would you like some scrambled eggs? Maybe some toast?" She asked.
"Just a little bit of eggs please, and toast sounds good too."
"You got it."
"Do you want some tea, babe?" Yoongi got up and went to the Keurig.
"Please." He nodded.
Yoongi made Jimin's tea first then made his coffee.
The three ate breakfast together.
Yoongi finished eating and started getting even more nervous. He was about to leave and the nerves were really setting in.
"God, I'm nervous."
"Oh sweetie, you're going to do great. I have all the confidence in the world in you."
Yoongi got up and put his dress jacket on. His mom got up and went to the other side of the table to hug Yoongi.
"No matter what happens, I'm proud of you and I love you." She rubbed his back.
"Thanks mom."
"Of course, honey. Oh, and I'll take Jimin back to the apartment later." They had taken Yoongi's car to his parents' house so they could spend the night, so his mom offered to take Jimin back. "I need his help with something special." She raised her eyebrows. If Yoongi guessed correctly, she was going to make him cookies. When she makes cookies, Yoongi swears they are the best he's ever had in his life. If that's what the 'something special' is then he was excited. Before Yoongi could answer, his mom spoke up again. "Okay, now go to your interview and I'll talk to you later."
