“Why did you decide to treat patient Wayo privately instead of during your normal consultancy hours?” A fatso with a red bloated face croaked.

“He asked my help and secrecy in treating him privately. He didn’t want any scandals spreading. Since he was my junior in high school I decided to help him.” I rubbed my forehead in irritation. They’ve been going around and around asking the same ass shit repeatedly, I’m so fucking tired of it.

“But you know perfectly well that it’s against hospital policy.  Another stiff lipped board member leaned forward, scrutinizing me. I don’t know most of them. But I recognized few. Only person I knew is my superior, Professor Earth. He’s the only one taking my side. Right now he’s sitting silently with a grim face.

“He didn’t even register at the hospital as one of my patients. I saw him twice here, on my own time. I didn’t use any hospital resources. I treated him unofficially at his home after that.” I insisted.

“Dr. Phana, there’s a picture of hospital consultation form circulating in the internet. Your name and signature is quite clearly there.”

“I just wrote my observations on them.” I mumbled defeated. I don’t know how to get out of this situation anymore. The more I talk, deeper I get sunk in shit.

“Dr. Phana, you have committed several misdeeds during this situation. First, you decided to treat a patient without first registering them in the hospital. Second, using hospital forms when he wasn’t registered here. Third, taking things into your own hands and deciding to treat him privately. Forth, not keeping hospital medical records properly and letting them get into strangers' hands. Finally, violation of doctor patient relationship by dating your patient.” The speaker looked at me gravelly. There wasn’t a sound in the room.
