Chapter Thirty-Three

It was a rather big day for the Village Hidden in the Leaves, as it marked the three year anniversary of Naruto Uzumaki's training expedition. He would be due back today around noon and the Hokage was preparing the village for his return and how to break the news of his missing comrades.

Miwa wasn't really all that bothered about today, she knew Naruto would come and see her because the news of her being an Uchiha would have gotten to him by now. She wasn't going to go searching for him, if he wanted to see her then he could.

She was actually on her way to the hospital because just like a few months ago Miwa had given Hiashi Hyuga another case of severe food poisoning, so she was going to give him some flowers. Neji was dragging her towards the hospital, he was freaking out of how Hiashi was going to take it this time just because he let it go last time doesn't mean he would this time round.

The village still held their views on Miwa being an Uchiha, but they wouldn't dare voice them now that she was involved with the Hyuga Clan - who protect her from behind the shadows. There had been numerous cases in the hospital where men and women were severely injured after they had dealt with Miwa, they were in hospital because of the few Hyuga Miwa had befriended other than Hiashi, Neji and Hinata.

Speaking of people who hate Miwa, Sakura has been wondering the village on her own or she was apprenticing with Lady Tsunade. Since Naruto was gone as well as the other three being missing, Sakura doesn't really have any friends left in the village. Not that Miwa really cared anyway.

"Neji! Slow down, you're hurting my arm" Miwa whines as Neji continues to drag her, Neji scoffs.

"Miwa we can't. I've got to get you to Hiashi-sama so that you can apologise" Neji says with a strained voice, he was really freaking out on how he would explain to Hiashi that Miwa poisoned him by accident.

You know how this will end, right?

Shut up Hiashi-sama won't do that.

...Sure whatever helps you sleep at night.

I sleep fine, thank you.

Yeah...When you're either cuddling Miwa or dreaming about her.

...

You know I'm right.

Neji sighs nervously as the hospital came into view. He glanced back at Miwa and blinks in surprise. She was staring at their hands dreamily with a strange – no not strange, with a Miwa expression plastered onto her face. The flowers she was carrying were nearly touching the floor.

He's holding my hand....

Miwa? Hello me? Are you really ignoring your subconscious right now?

He's got big hands they make my look so tiny.

What are you talking about?

They practically swallow my own! Miwa giggles in her head but stops when she looks at Neji's face.

Oh boy not again.

Miwa's face reddens as she thinks back to a few months ago. Neji had confessed and kissed her, HER Neji did that...but why couldn't she tell him?

"Hey Miwa? You okay? Please return from Miwa land" Miwa snaps out of her daze as Neji clicks his fingers in her face. She blinks at him.

"It's not Miwa land. It's Miwa-tropolis, The Landium of Cows or MTLC for short" Miwa scolds him seriously before turning her direction to the hospital doors and walks towards them, Neji face palms then runs after her inside the hospital.
