She sat there, taking in the silence of the night. It was comforting to say the least. It reminded her of many things, which is why she likes it. The moments when everyone at home is feeling good, or the times when the cats were feeling very loving and need attention or...when they're father was in a good mood, which was many nights in her life. Seeing the others with their friends and family seemed to touch her in a way. She felt, lonely. Being the fifth out of six children is a ride. But she was different, still they got used to her. They were her family after all. She missed them.

" Hey," Weiss called to her softly. She greeted her with a nod and a shrug and stayed where she was. " Mind if I join you?" Veena invited to sit next to her in the garden.

" You walked out,"

" Well, you left first." She said haughtily.

" Fair enough, snowflake."

" Don't call me that. I just have a lot of things on my mind." She confessed.

" You're telling me." Usually, Veena woukd be the one insisting others to open and tell their story. Weiss imitated her gesture, causing them both to smile and giggle a bit. " Alright, so here's the thing. I really miss my family. In every past life I had a family with me, some were left as I grew, some just weren't ther but the one I have now isn't like the rest. They...They don't really get me and they admitted that themselves but they try. Sometimes I don't get them either but some days I'd turn to them. They've all taught me a lot about life. My siblings are always looking out for me, to them I'm the most naive one in the group." She gave a sad smile. " I'd like to know how they're doing..."

" Well, if you really miss them then why not just visit and before this, why didn't you just go home?" Weiss asked her gently.

" With the way I am now, knowing what I am, would they even believe if I told them?" Weiss didn't have an answer. " That's what I thought. If I go back now with a semblance like this, they might not trust me very much." She let out a breath and smiled. " Okay, I think that's enough drama."

" You're telling me. I've been living in a lot of drama, practically my whole life."

" Is that why you're so dramatic and emotional? Figures." Weiss gives her a shocked look. " Now don't be mad, just wanted to lighten the mood. Damn, it's so darn gloomy in Atlas. I thought it'd be a bit more relaxing, instead it's just.."

" Stuffy?" She suggested and Veena smiled.

" Yes. You know what, how about we change the subject? What is your favourite instrument? First thing that comes to mind."

" Uh, violin?" Weiss said quickly. Veena nodded and smiled. " What are you planning now?"

" Aura is the projection of the soul, every soul has a personality and of course their own semblance. As the same rules apply, every soul carries a song. And maybe an instrument, favourites usually. I remember in my lifetime as Aris, I lied to the people that there would be a band playing on one of the festivals. So, I used a bit of magic to bring some music, with a touch my semblance mixed with it to play the right song to their souls. I feel like doing that again, I can orchestrate right here. Bayang."

" Wait, wouldn't that disturb the others?" Weiss said putting her hand on the flute.

" Do you remember the time I put three people to sleep when we met?" She nodded as Veena removed her binds. " Did you actually hear it?" She paused for a moment and shook her head. " Intention also plays a strong role in control of one's semblance. I intended for those who needed it to hear. So I'll do the same, may I have this dance?" She offered her hand. " Now, let's have some fun." Music started to play as she grabbed her by the hand and twirled her around.

Of all the things that Veena can do, she can't dance. So she tripped twice and even made Weiss trip with her. But they laughed it off, it's been a while since they had some fun.

" What are you guys doing?" Ruby asked as she approached the both of them to help them up.

" What is this, you guys are having fun without us?" Nora said peeping out of bushes, dragging both Ren and Jaune with her. " Ooh, mind if I join in?" Before anyone could answer, she took Ren by the hand and started to dance to the beat.

" I thought only we could here it," She whispered to Veena.

" No, I intended to those who need it.." Jaune asked Ruby for a dance as Veena summoned her flute and started to play. They all cheered and laughed as they danced away their stress in the garden. Eventually, even Yang and Blake joined them.
