Chapter 1

"Sus!" Jamie, my older brother, yells at the Dallas airport as I walk into baggage claim. He's with our family friend and his best friend Tyler. They're surrounded by a group of teenage girls begging for a photo and signature. They both play for the Dallas Stars. Yes my brother is Jamie Benn, and it is Tyler Seguin.

"Sus!" Tyler smiles and they both wrap me in a hug. I've always had a little crush on Tyler, but his younger sister, Cassidy, has been my best friend from birth so I understood we could never be. I breathe in his distinct cologne as they hug me and I squeal laughing as they crush me.

"Let go! I can barely breathe." I laugh and they laugh before Jamie goes and grabs my bags.

"You're with me tonight. Jamie has a bootycall to make." He teases me and I elbow him

"That's nasty." I groan, "That's my brother!" I point out

"Well he's been talking to another incoming freshmen at SMU and she's going on the same tour as you tomorrow. He's taking her out and they'll probably fuck, so you'll just stay with me so you don't have to hear anything." He laughs as he wraps his arm around my shoulders guiding me out as Jamie comes up behind us.

"What are you two talking about?" He asks laughing

"Why I'm staying with Tyler." I laugh and Jamie groans

"You can't tell mom or dad." He warns and I groan in agreement. We get into Tyler's G- Wagon and we drive off. We go to Tyler's house- well it's really a mansion. They bring in my bag and I immediately run over to Cash and Marshall. They both adored me, and I loved them.

"Hey buddies." I smile as they give me lots of kisses and I kiss them as well.

"You want a beer?" Tyler asks me as he goes into the kitchen

"Yeah." I laugh as I get up and follow him into the kitchen. Him, Jamie, and I catch up for a while while we drink a few beers. Once I finish my second, I'm feeling the buzz a little bit. I'm a serious lightweight which I always forget how big is an issue when I drink with them.

"Okay. I have to go. This is fine right? I'm just taking her to a casual place and then back to mine." Jamie says

"Looks good to me." Tyler laughs as he takes a drink.

"I will see you tomorrow afternoon for the visit. I'll pick you up around 2." Jamie hugs me before he leaves.

"Alright Ms. Benn, what are you hiding out on?" Tyler smiles mischievously. He always knows how to make me stutter or anything. I just play it off as anxiety when I'm around him. He knows I have anxiety so he just agrees with it, but I'm 100% sure he knows I had a crush on him.

"What do you mean?" I ask innocently as I get a third beer. He runs up to the fridge and shuts the door before I can pull it out.

"What aren't you telling Jamie? I remember my senior year once I turned 18." He laughs

"Nothing you wouldn't have done." I smile back and his jaw drops

"Is Cassidy getting involved with all of this?" He asks as he has me cornered against the fridge.

"I can't tell you what she's doing. She'll have to tell you that." I give him the same smile he gave me moments before

"Fine. I need to make sure you're prepared for college though. I won't have either of you ruining my name or Jamie's in Dallas. You have to teach Cassidy all of this." He says and I laugh

"By doing what?" I ask

"Beer pong. I'll set up the table, you get all the beer." He commands and I nod. I know where the party supplies are, and by supplies I mean solo cups and ping pongs. I grab a bunch of beer and pour it out correctly on the table he set up, "Alright. Let's play." He smiles.
