Emma and her friends were riding on Ash's Lapras, but this time everyone were bored. "We should do something," Misty said. "Yeah," Tracey said with a sigh. "Nothing to do and no Islands around," Emma muttered, before they looked at Ash's stomach when they heard it.
Ash sighed, "I'm hungry." Togepi smiled in amusement while Emma chuckled softly. Tracey smiled and shook his head while Misty sighed. "How can you work out an appetite just sitting there all day?" the redhead girl asked.
Ash shrugged, "It's easy, I've been sitting and thinking about eating all day," he said. Emma, Tracey and Misty sighed. "Pi?" the male Pikachu asked, sitting on Ash's backpack as he spotted something. He smiled and pointed at an Island, "Pika-chu!"
The kids followed his gaze and grinned. "Hey, that's an Island!" Emma said. "Maybe we could get something to eat there," Ash said, "Okay, Lapras, let's head for that Island." Lapras called out happily and swam to the Island.
When they reached to the Island, the kids jumped down from Lapras and stepped into the sand. Emma placed Togepi down on the sand, and it happily ran off with the Pikachu. "Don't wander off too far guys," Ash said.
"It's beautiful," Misty said as she looked around. "And it's looks like we have it all to ourselves," Tracey said. Misty pulled out two Poké balls and threw them, releasing Goldeen and Staryu into the water next to Lapras. "Goldeen, Staryu, why don't you go and have some fun?" Misty asked.
Goldeen and Staryu swam underwater. "That's right," Misty said with a chuckle. "Hey, Lapras, you can go with them if you like," Ash said. Lapras called out and Emma smiled as she pulled out a Poké ball, "I know what it wants."
She threw it and released Gyarados into the water. "Gyarados, why don't you go on and play with Lapras?" Emma asked. Gyarados roared and swam underwater with Lapras.
A piece of fruit suddenly hit Ash in the head, "Ow." He caught it as it fell to the sand and looked at it. "Looks like some sort of fruit," Tracey said. "Something must have dropped it on you," Misty said.
The looked up and saw a Pokémon flying above them. "Hey, that's a Farfetch'd!" Emma said with a smile.
Farfetch'd is an avian Pokémon that resembles a light brown duck with a white underbelly. It has a flat, yellow beak, brown eyes, a V-shaped black marking on its forehead (similar to a unibrow), and a three-feather crest on top of its head. Its wings are as big as its body and appear to be prehensile enough to substitute for hands. It has yellow legs with webbed feet and a stubby tail.
"Farfetch'd?" Ash asked as he pulled out his Dexter.
Farfetch'd, the Wild Duck Pokémon. This extremely rare Pokémon can always be found holding a leek, or green onion, which it uses to build its nest.
"Cool," Ash said. Then, a whole flock took off from the Island and the kids smiled. "Wow, a whole flock of 'em!" Ash said. As they watched the flock flying away, the Pikachu and Togepi returned with some fruit.
"Hey, looks like it's time for lunch, where did you find those?" Ash asked. The male Pikachu pointed to all the fruit trees inside the forest, which the kids now saw. "Let's pick some so I can make us lunch with them," Emma said.
Ash grinned, "All right!" The group walked into the forest and looked at all the fruit trees. Emma and Tracey picked some fruits with darker colour, while Ash and Misty picked two fruits.
"These look sweet," Misty and Ash said together and took a bite. They quickly tried to spit them out as Emma looked over. "They so sour!" Misty said.
Tracey laughed while Emma smirked and shook her head. "You just need to know which ones to pick," she said and held out two darker fruits, "Here, those should be right."
