I panted heavily as I ran further trying to keep up with my husbands, which was absolutely hard to do since I'm nine months pregnant. The more I ran the harder the contractions got. I stopped running and stood there holding my stomach in pain. I'm pretty sure Thomas nor Alexander realized I wasn't behind them anyone. Great. I could practically feel the zombies coming closer by the seconds.

I could just stand here and die or continue running.

If I don't run, not only I will die but my babies as well.

But if I run there's a possibility of me giving birth without knowing.

Decisions.

Decisions.

I couldn't do either in the condition that I'm in. So I just stood there crying, hoping they'd come back for me.

"ALEXANDER?! THOMAS?!" I shouted sobbing clutching my bloated stomach. "PLEASE HELP ME, SOMEONE!"

I slummed against the tree teeth gritted, I sat down wincing. I couldn't wait any longer, and these babies weren't either. So I began pushing.

I stopped running once we far away from the zombies. We were currently looking for a safe place for our husband to give birth. "How are doing, John?" I asked, not looking back. No response. "John?" Alexander shook my arm and pointed behind us.

John wasn't there.

I grabbed Alexander's arm and basically dragged him the opposite direction we were running. "JOHN?!"

"JOHN?!" I shouted again.

I walked over to some bushes because I heard a grunting sound, followed by a cry of pain. I covered Alexander's mouth to stop him from whimpering.

Next thing we hear cries from a baby.

Wait, a baby?!

JOHN?!

"JOHN?!" I stood up in the bushes and looked over and saw my husband craddling twins. I hope over the bushed signaling Alex to follow. Which he obliged too. I sat down beside John who was shushing the babies. "We were looking everywhere for you Jackie, I'm sorry we left you," I mumbled reaching for one of the babies. He handed me the one with curly black hair and chocolate skin.

"You can name him Thomas, he's your son." John murmured tiredly. I ran one finger through John's hair as Alex cooed at his son.

John eventually fell asleep.

And Alexander and I stayed up all night looking after the babies and John.

Until we heard groaning.
