Chapter 97

Winnie's Pov

"Winnie, where the bloody hell have you been?!" Dad yelled.

"We've been worried sick!" Zayn yelled.

"We thought you got hurt!" Niall yelled and I rolled my eyes and walked through them but Zayn grabbed my arm.

"Zayn, let go." I said sternly.

"Answer us and I will." he spat.

"I was at school." I answered.

"Why were you there? Schools over." Niall asked.

"Mrs. Davis, she called me this morning and said she needed me to do her a favor. She said the students were putting to much stress on her and she needed my help to straighten them out." I answered and Zayn let go and I looked at them.

"You're a teacher?" dad asked.

"Yes, I'm a teacher, their difficult but not for long. I have a Barbie girl in there named Maddie, a smart mouth and troublemaker boy named Trevor, and two quiet smart ones, a boy and a girl." I said. "I yelled at one and threatened one. If I fight, I can't get in trouble because their my age."

"So, they listened to you?" Harry asked.

"I love this Winnie." Dad said and smiled.

"I never left, I just had to get over what happened." I said and looked down. Harry picked me up and carried me to my room.

"You know I can walk." I said and crossed my arms.

"Angel, I know you're still hurt, I can see right through you." he said and touched my cheek.

"Hazzy, I'm still heartbroken but I can't hide forever but that doesn't mean I stopped loving him." I admitted.

"I know you love him angel but you'll get better eventually, it's weird for all of us not having him around." he said.

"Nobody can replace him, he's the puzzle piece I need to finish my puzzle." I said.

"I'm sorry, angel. I really wish I could help you." he said and kissed my forehead and left. I just pulled out the work and graded it, I need to get the candy. I grabbed Ethan's jacket and walked downstairs and grabbed my car keys.

"I'll be back." I said and walked to my car and drove to the store. I picked up two bags of candy, and walked up to pay for them. I got them and got in my car and drove home. I got inside and ran to my room, I put the stuff in my bag and the papers. I noticed it was 8:23 and I yawned, I changed and got in bed and drifted slowly off to sleep.

~next morning~

I woke up to my alarm, it's Thursday so just one more day and I get a break from school. I got up and took a shower and done my business and I put on my undergarments. I put on skinny jeans, a gray Aeropostale shirt, gray and black Jordans, jewelry, perfume, and put my hair up. I grabbed my phone, bag, varsity jacket, and keys, I walked to my car and drove to school. I walked to the classroom and walked in, I laid my bag down and started writing a warmup. I finished and the bell rang, the kids started piling in.

"Um, before we start anything finish this word problem on the board, work quiet." I said and sat down.

"Do we have too?" Maddie asked.

"No you don't, but if you don't do it you get a zero and then that's another year of school." I said and she rolled his eyes and started writing.

"I'm finished." Chelsea said and brought it to me.

"Ugh, the dork finishes again." Tony muttered and I was about to say something but another voice beat me to it.

"Yo, just leave her alone, at least she's trying to pass." Trevor spat and everyone was surprised.
