It had been 2 years since the Wizarding War where Voldemort was defeated by students and professors at Hogwarts.
2 years since the elder wand was destroyed, and Voldemort's horcruxes were destroyed and there was no way of Voldemort making any return.
2 years since Fred Weasley, your best friend was killed by a wall that had collapsed.

Since that day George was never the same, he was always distraught and sad about the loss of his brother. Understandably so as the two were inseparable since before they were even born.

Sure he was happy around you, and when he was around family, but when it came time to open his shop back up it depressed him as Fred won't be returning to work with him.

Ron insisted on taking Fred's previous shifts and George accepted, as you were in no condition to work right away, as you were six months pregnant with yours and George's first child.

You two got married a year ago, and it was the best day of your life, and George could say the same thing. It was a small and beautiful celebration that took place in a tent beside the Weasley's childhood home.

Arthur walked you down the aisle as your father didn't approve of you marrying at a young age, and you were officially a part of the most loving family you had ever seen.

You and George took a quick honeymoon to London, as you couldn't quite afford to go somewhere extravagant, you still enjoyed it as you were with the one person who made your life enjoyable.

When you got the news that you were pregnant, George was ecstatic and not quite sure which gender he was hoping to have more. You knew he was hoping for twins which you on the other hand weren't rooting for, as you were the one carrying them where he was not.

Throughout your pregnancy thus far George put you on bedrest as he didn't want to risk anything happening to the baby. You found his protectiveness very sweet but you tried to convince him you could do some things on your own. He agreed and kept it to a very small minimum.

Three months later you were in the delivery room pushing as hard as you could as you gave birth to a very healthy little boy. You and George had wanted the gender to be a secret until your birth and when the doctor announced that the baby was a boy, George's eyes grew wide as you knew he had a particular name picked out already- Fred.

Once the little boy was cleaned and wrapped up you could see the faint red hairs, the exact same as his fathers. He was a very small baby but you were excited he was healthy and looked forward to all that this boy had to offer you and George.

George had made a promise to you that all your kids would grow up with knowledge of their fallen uncle, and you would tell them stories about Fred and how he died because he cared that much for his friends, but you wouldn't tell them that until their older.

When Fred was two years old he had already been able to speak proper sentences as he grew up with his cousins; James Sirius, Albus Severus, Lily Luna, Rose and Hugo. They were all excited about the newest Weasley baby to arrive and so were all their parents.

When Fred was five you and George decided it was time to try for another baby. Which you succeeded in. You three were over the moon about it, and Fred had a good time blabbering about all that he wanted to do with his baby sibling.

One day when you were making dinner and George had just gotten off of work and closed the shop for the day, he walked up the stairs to your flat and started beaming seeing his young son in the living room playing with his small stuffed animals that Ron and Hermione had gotten him for his past birthday.

George couldn't help but admire his young son smiling and laughing as he dragged his small giraffe toy around the carpeted area.

"Hey Freddie what are you doing?" George asked, sitting down on the floor beside his son who smiled brightly at his father.
