Daniel Seavey Imagine [COMPLETED]

Pain pt. 2 - Daniel Seavey

I wake up the next day with a stomach ache. Ugh, I wanted to gag. I felt so nervous. I have not seen Ted for a while and it's weird. I am scared. Daniel holds my close as I kiss him softly and head to the shower.

I dress up in a mature but cute outfit, which was jeans and a layer shirt. I put my hair in wavy curls.  I felt shaky so I went into the kitchen downstairs thinking it would help me out with breakfast. 

"Morning Y/n".  Said Jack. Jack turned on the T.V and watched T.V. I poured cereal in a bowl and splashed milk inside. From there Daniel walks downstairs in his PJ's and yawns. 

"Oh wait." Then Daniel goes back upstairs and showers. I sat on the table and went on my phone and saw my brother Calvin's IG. I gritted my teeth and swiped down the picture. He was getting married. He stood in the picture with a girl and handed her a ring. He's doing fine without me. 

Daniel comes downstairs 10 minutes later in jeans and  regular T. I Look up at him and he kisses my cheek and I continue with my cereal. 

"What time is it gonna be?'' asked Daniel. 

"10:00 am. Its only 8 so we have two hours until."  I said and looked over at Jonah coming out in his Pj's. He goes upstairs and I hear the bathroom door clothes.

"So, where you guys headed?" asked jack. I looked at Jack and then at Daniel. 

"Court, it's fine though." Daniel said and walked out the kitchen grabbing the car keys. 

I looked over at Jack who seemed very curious. Daniel walks out the house and the car engine starts. I brush my teeth quickly and head in the car to court.

It was a lit room. Filled with tension. I was scared. Daniel held my hand the entire time. That's when it started. 

"Today we will solve the conflict between two distressed teenagers. Ted Mayle and (Your full name). We will start with what is the conflict and testimonies will start. After I will come up with the solution." the judge said and a man walked up.

"3 years ago Y/n was a freshman in highschool and was going to the spring dance. Ted asked her out and she rejected him. He felt so bad that he wanted to do anything that would make her into him..." The man continued. Into him? Was that what this is? It is not to impress me! It's to make me dislike him!"A few years later y/n came across Ted and there was confessions of sexual violence." Ted pulled on the cuffs that were on his hands and my heart skipped a beat. 

"Y/n will you please come up and give your testimony." said the man. Daniel squeezed my hand as I let go.

"I was 15. Ted found me and he did ask me to the dance and I DID reject him." I said and I look at him. He looked furious. I looked away and at Daniel. "I realized he wasn't the one for me. I was walking the street and Ted grabbed me." My head bobbed. " He forced me to have sex with him and I rejected it too. He with no hesitation grabbed me and - " I teared up as Daniel lowered his brows. " He raped me."

The courtroom fell in silence. "Thank you you may remain seated." said the man.

The court case went by quickly until it came to the solution.

"Ted Mayle is found guilty for sexual harassment and rape." The case was closed and I fell in Daniel's arms crying with joy. He caressed my hair several times and smiled. I'm safe. I am finally safe. Daniel is all I need. And now I am safe.
