Pain - Daniel Seavey

Daniel's POV 

I woke up the next day and I was thinking of y/n. It was the only thing running through my mind. I slowly got up as everyone else was still asleep. I saw Jonah pull for Jessica in his unzipped bedroom and remembered myself doing that to y/n. 

I walk out the tent and start a fire for no reason and stick a stick in the middle and stare. I thought of anything that could help. I thought of the first thing on my mind so I called Calvin.

"Hello?" said Calvin through the phone. 

"Hey Calvin, is.. is y/n there?" I asked my voice shaky. 

"No, why man? Is she ok?" Calvin didn't even sound worried. Whatever happened to that man.

"No, yeah she is fine I was just testing you. I think she is calling." I say hanging up. 

I see a security car pull up and Jack drags himself next to me. The tall security guard  walks towards me and holds y/n's flower crown while the other security guard searches his car. 

"Is this the band campsite ?" he said.

"Yeah, we are why don't we." said Jack. I saw her flower crown and hoped she was ok.

"Ok, I think we know where she is but she might be injured." The guard says. Zach comes out the tent rubbing his eyes standing next to me on my other side. 

"Why-" I saw the other guard pull up and I let tears fall down my cheek. I saw y/n's shoes covered in blood. Zach stepped forward.

"Maybe she was on her period." Said Zach. Jack slapped Zach's hand.

"Shut the hell up." Jack said.

I turn around and do the only thing I could think of. The only person who had our unreleased song as her ringtone was y/n. I called  her phone and could hear a sound similar to the song and I ran towards it as Jack followed. I heard the song get louder and louder. I stopped when it was loud and clear. I saw y/n's phone and searched for her. 

I look near a tree and see a body and I start to cry. "No.no.no.no.no.no." I say. I see y/n's body and freak out. She is wearing no shoes and her eyes are closed. Her face is bloody and she has blood on her hands. Her hair is nappy and her shorts are no longer white they are grey. Jack stopped in his tracks when he saw her and quickly grabbed his phone to call 911. A few mnutes later the paramedics came. 

"Dayle....Dith.... wath.... Ted." She forced the words out of her mouth. I almost sobbed when she said those words. That asshole did that to her. 

The paramedics came over with the stretcher and Jonah and Jessica walked over to some cops. The paramedics pushed the stretcher towards the truck and I pushed my way to jonah's truck. I shoved my cap on his chest and kept walking. 

"take me to the hospital now." I said and went inside the truck. I cried loudly in there imagining y/n's face in a bed with monitors. The hospital.

I arrived at the hospital and saw y/n in a bed she was washed up and she was as beautiful as ever. I went over to hug her and stroke her hair. 

"Daniel?" she said and I kissed her cheek. 

"Baby, I'm here. I am right here." I said and she pulled something out of her pocket. 

"I snatched this off the guy who beat me and you could run a DNA test." she said and handed me a bracelet. I grabbed it and stuffed it in my pocket. 

"Of course, baby you'll be safe. I love you." I said. She looked full of life and forced a smile. 

"Me too Dani, me too." she said.
