Telle has long, dark hair and stone gray eyes. There's little left of the multicoloured streaks she had in her hair, but she doesn't plan on putting them back in. Her pale skin and small stature makes her look like the odd one out in District 3, but she doesn't care.
Personality: Telle's very shy, and doesn't talk much. She feels the most at home around machines and electronics, but she rarely talks to other people. Once you get to know her she's nice, but until then she seem's very cold and solitary.
Background: Nothing major has happened in Telle's life. She was just is a normal girl in District 3, working on small electronics at one of the factories by her work.
Weapon of Choice: she's best with electronics and wires, but she's actually not that bad with a bow.
Token: A tiny toy robot she made when she was a little girl, which was the first electronic thing she had ever made.
