Appearance: Cargo has  short brown hair with many curls. He never even thinks about combing it.  Since he loves to read, Cargo has pale skin. He has prominent jaw lines  and milky brown eyes. Since Cargo is only fourteen he is only 5' 7"  making him look like an easy target. Cargo has long legs and arms making  him a good runner and climber.

Personality: Cargo tries  to act mysterious and serious but he is actually a goofball full of  laughter. At home he quiet and calm but when he is with his friends he  is crazy and fun. At Reapings Cargo doesn't have to act serious because  he is serious.

Brief Background: Cargo  is the middle child of a very busy family. His older sister Aziz works  as a mechanic building train tracks eleven hours a day, six days a week.  Sunday is the only day the family spends together. He and his younger  sister Fallon go to school every day without seeing their parents. They  are already at work by the time they wake up and he and Fallon are  already asleep when they return. They only see their parents one day a  week. They basically care for themselves. If Cargo can take care of  himself at home then the Games shouldn't be that different, right?

Weapon of choice: He and Fallon used to throw knives at a tree in the backyard as a game. So I guess throwing knives.

Token: A feather from a  bird that only a few see every year. He saw the mysterious bird when he  was ten and now the feather is a good luck charm to him.
