Appearance: Link  isn't the same boy he was when he was stuck in Amity. His clean cut,  blonde hair was chopped wildly, as if he did it himself, and dyed black.  His clothes, once professional, turned to black boots and leather  jackets. Tattoos line his entire, athletic built body. The tattoos are a  part of him, and he can tell you exactly what each one means. He says  his new appearance is a conversation starter. Of course, a few things  had to stay the same, like his wide grey eyes that seem to take up half  of his face. He still has the same scars, like when he was attacked by a  dog when sneaking into the grocery store.

Personality: Link  has the determination of an animal seeking prey.  He knows exactly what  he wants and won't let a single thing get in his way of getting it.

He has a sarcastic  remark for anything anyone says to him, which causes people to be easily  annoyed with him. Right or wrong, he is stubborn enough to argue a  point until the other person caves in. Though he isn't stupid, he lacks  common sense, and will recklessly act on sheer impulse instead of  thinking things through. He isn't willing to take these risk; he enjoys  it. However, he isn't as reckless as he is brave. Sure, sometimes he  believes he is being brave and is really on the just verge of getting  himself killed,  but he is courageous enough to face danger and endure  it.

Background: He  is used to being an outcast, as he never fit into his faction. While  everyone around him was being respectful and peaceful, Link was running  around, causing mischief and using vulgar language. He had gotten his  first tattoo while still in Amity, something that outraged the others.  He was seen as a rebel and when he chose Dauntless, everyone took a sigh  of relief.

Family: Link  doesn't have much of a family anymore. His parents, both highly  respected members of the Amity faction, had pushed him and his older  siblings to stay with the faction. All of his siblings stuck with Amity,  including Puck, Link's twin brother. But when it came to Link, he went  with Dauntless. The betrayal caused his family to cast him out.
