Task One: M is for Murder

Wattpad Manor... a  beautiful place, despite its frightening air and odd name. The  architecture is Gothic, without a doubt, and it is still easy to see the  cathedral it once was, before the remodeling. The sky is dark and  cloudy, and not a single star is in sight. One by one, twenty one guests  arrive, promised a dinner party that will never come. But how many of  them will come out alive?

The dinner party  begins and the mood is light as the strangers talk, wondering what the  answer is to the question they're all asking themselves: who is the host  and why are they not here yet? Conversation begins to fall short just  as dinner arrives: a roast pig with an apple in its mouth and a carving  knife sticking out of its back. Thunder strikes, the lights go out, and  all of a sudden, there is a loud screaming noise in the air. When the  lights come back on, there is a man on the ground...

And the pig's knife is sticking out of his back.

THE TASK:

- Your task is to  describe the overall experience of the murder: the confusion before, the  panic after, anything you see fit to include. This will replace the  typical "interview task" although you will not be given scores, each  guest will receive "survival odds, which is pretty much the same thing,  except in percentage. Stats, if you will. (Example: Once I'm done with  her, Bella Swan will have a 1% chance at survival.)

- Nobody will die  this task. This is merely introduction. However, the person who does  best this task will receive immunity next task. (Please note: Immunity  does not mean you don't have to write an entry and will be broken if you  fail to hand in.)

- Word Limit: 1000 words.

- Due Friday, September 20th 2013 at 8 PM EST. Failure to hand in will result in your character dying or being taken over by a member of the waiting list.
