District One Male: Spencer Pierce -DEAD-

Appearance: Spencer has  the typical District One look about him, but yet seems to stand out in a  way. His short, sandy ash blonde hair matches well with his hazel eyes,  giving him a calm, relaxed look, which can be a little offsetting. His  skin isn't very tan or pale, giving the impression of his fair skin.  He's above average in height, being merely 6'1. He has an athletic  build, earning from endless hours at the Academy. Having only the  average District One look, Spencer can pass off as any other guy in his  District; except for the fact that he's more fabulous than the rest.

Personality: Spencer  would first come off as arrogant and cocky, but once you get pass his  persistence on being fabulous, Spencer is actually an easy-going, calm  guy. He's willing to collaborate with others, but unfortunately can be  too trusting sometimes, coming off as gullible. He's almost childish, in  a way, such as him wanting others to appreciate his fabulousness more,  and can be very stubborn. His ego is bigger than him occasionally, but  it won't take a lot to bring him down. He may seem like a spoiled brat,  but he's just the opposite, because truth be told, Spencer is just a  normal District One boy with a dead twin sister, and who persists on  being fabulous.

Background: Spencer grew  up having mainly a normal life. Nothing tragic happened when he was a  child; everything in Spencer's life was averagely fabulous. Having two  loving parents and a twin sister Gliss; his life was fabulous, until  last year. He's been training in the District training academy since he  was 9, planning to volunteer at 18, while his twin sister Gliss would  volunteer at 17. Gliss volunteered last year and made it to the final 3,  but was killed by mutts when then boy from District Seven pushed her  off the cornucopia leading her to fall to her death. Spencer was  heartbroken, that his own twin sister was now dead; it was like he lost a  part of him. Spencer vowed to keep moving on, and so he reluctantly  continued training for the Games no matter what. Spencer was planning to  volunteer this year, just like he and Gliss had planned the year  before. He wouldn't try to avenge her in the Games, but instead he would  fight for her. Spencer's goal was to win for Gliss, and he'll do  anything to win for her.

Weapon of Choice:  Spencer will use any weapon that can take critical damage, like a spear  or any kind of blade; but his preferred weapon would be a sword.

District Token: A golden  locket with a picture of Spencer and his twin sister Gliss together,  the day she volunteered. He always keeps the locket in his pocket no  matter what. To Spencer, it was like Gliss was still with him.
