Appearance: Looking a  lot younger than his fourteen years, Tobi always seems to look relaxed  and cheerful. His eyes are a dull mix of blue and green, but tend to  sparkle and that's what most people notice. His hair, a light chocolate  brown in colour, is just long enough to cover his ears, and is never  kept tidy. He is well below the average height for his age, which is the  main reason he looks so young compared to other people his age.

Personality: Tobi isn't  very independant - it's not a fault of his own personality, but his  brother has always gone out of his way to make sure Tobi hasn't had to  struggle over anything. Due to this, Tobi really never learnt many  ordinary skills (such as tying a knot) and tends to remain quite quiet  if his brother isn't around. However, if you can get Tobi to relax, he  is quite a chatty boy with a very distinct sense of humour. He may be a  little immature, but that's only to be expected.

Background: Without any  tragic backstory, Tobi is a rather normal person. His elder brother  Martyn has always helped him, and they count each other as best friends  despite the five year age gap. Martyn always promised Tobi that he would  volunteer if Tobi's name was ever called out, and ironically Tobi was  reaped the year Martyn was nineteen. Without his brother in the arena  with him, Tobi is likely to spend most of his time panicked, yet still  want to get home.

Weapon: Tobi has never used a weapon, so it would have to be something that didn't take too long to learn. A knife, perhaps.

Token: A leather  bracelet, something Martyn found dropped on the floor after a Victor had  been visiting the District. Tobi believes it has good luck, because if  it was worn by one Victor is could be worn by another.
