Appearance:  Shoulder-length black hair, always in big, fat curls. She has grey  eyes, surrounded by thick eyelashes, and framed by square-rimed blue  glasses. A button nose that wrinkles up when she is annoyed or grossed  out lays under those wide eyes and beneath it, full pink lips. She is  very short, and a little chubby, but because she regains her childish  aspects, she looks very cute.

Personality:  Belle is very sweet, although is easily annoyed by other people, she  tries not to let it show, but sometimes she can't help smacking someone  upside the head with her notebook. She isn't a romantic, as she is  completely focused on her carer, which is the most important thing to  her. Belle isn't very shy, considering she likes to talk to complete  strangers like they are her best friend, although she does ask slightly  childish.

Brief Background:  Belle was raised by two mothers, both of whom love and support her with  all their hearts, they only recently got married, and Belle got to live  her life-time dream of being a flower-girl, even at the age of 19. All  her life she has wanted to be a writer of some kind, and often stayed  late at school for yearbook and the newspaper, now, after years of  practice, she finally is apprenticing with a real writer, between her  collage courses.

Why they came:  She was promised that a great news story would be happening at the  dinner, and was given an invitation by who knows who. Like any  journalist, she went along with it.
