Eren pov

After Mikasa left me I didn't know what to do. I punched the locker and let out a yell of frustration and sadness.  I was ready to curl up in a ball and cry not caring who saw me.

Then I heard the most disgusting and evil laugh ever. I quickly turned around "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU SAY TO HER HITCH? " I screamed and she smirked. "Don't worry about her anymore Eren now you and I can be together forever without anyone standing in our way! " I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

I didn't want to say anything but I've been treated this way for too long. I'm done I can't take it anymore I won't.

So I got all my confidence and I walked away.  I walked right out of there without thinking to look back.

I could hear Hitch crying "YOU'LL REGRET THIS EREN JAEGER!  YOU'RE MINE I EARNED YOU GET BACK HERE WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU GOING! "  she screamed and hit something. "Eren wait come back please don't leave me like this I'm sorry Eren I need you" she begged in a softer tone but I kept walking.

I was still being impulsive and I mindlessly walked to Mikasa's house slowly not noticing anything around me. I just couldn't get the look of anger and sadness on her face out of my head. I never want to see it again. I need to make things right with Mikasa I guess that's why I'm standing at her door right now.

I knock three times and wait for a response but I don't get one. I knock again and sigh realizing she might be ignoring me. "Mikasa I-I'm so sorry you don't know the full story please let me explain myself! " I desperately tried to get her to open the door but it was useless.

As embarrassing as it is I couldn't help myself but to sob and beat on the door begging her to open it. I looked pathetic but I didn't care I needed to see her I needed to explain myself.  "Mika.." I was about to cry out again but suddenly a piece of bread was thrown at me. "What th-" I look at it. "Mikasa isn't there you bimbo she left now go away!  Are you some kind of stalker?  What are you doing outside a young girl's home? " I looked up to see and elderly woman who I assume is Mikasa's neighbor she was feeding bread to some animals I assume. I back away from the door "I'm not a stalker!  I need to talk to Mikasa do you know when she'll be back? " the woman narrowed her eyes. "Oh?  You think I'm just going to give you all of her information so you'll know when is the right time to sneak in the house and steal her panties? " she took off her sandal and started to run towards me "Go away now you evil boy go away! " she started hitting me with it and I was defeated left with no choice but to run" All right all right I'm going you crazy old bag! " I screamed trying to get away as fast as possible but of course she threw the sandal at me. I  kept running until I couldn't hear her shouting at me anymore.

I walked to my house after being attacked and I decided to talk to Mikasa later. She'll forgive me if we can sit down and talk about this I'm sure. Unfortunately my pessimistic mind got the best of me and I started to wonder what would happen if I never got the chance to explain. What if Mikasa never talked to me again and I risked everything for no reason.  Hitch and her family have a lot of power they can do whatever they want to me and my father. I'm not sure why but my dad said he'll explain one day. But I know that since I've broken Hitch's heart she'll tell her dad and probably have my head. I must look so stupid sitting on a couch crying about relationships and being hit by old women. I miss the old days when I could just relax and watch anime or be with my friends. Why did everything have to become so complicated. I wipe my tears when I hear the doorbell ring. I didn't want to answer it but maybe my guardian angel has sent me pizza to make me feel better.

I stand up and go to the door surprised to see Mikasa when I open it.This could be my chance "Mikas-" I tried to speak but she shoon her head and put her arms out. It looked like she was about to cry I wonder if she knew I had been crying.  " Which hand is it in? " she asked. What's she talking about? I looked at her confused then I finally took in her appearance. Why is she dressed like she escaped a hospital or something. "What are you talking about? " I asked starting to wonder just where did she come from.  "please" Her voice was weak like she was afraid of something. "Please just...which hand is it in? " I wanted to know what was going on so I just went with it and choose the left fist"That one? "  I said slowly she opened her hand and I saw a piece of chocolate. I smile. Yes I win I thought but then she opened her right hand that too had chocolate. I would've won either way  "I don't like this game Eren. "She gave me a sad but beautiful smile and stepped forward. "Me or Hitch " she whispered. Wow maybe she did escape a hospital I would choose her over Hitch any day I shook my head. "You, you of course Mikasa" she smiled taking me by surprise yet again as she wrapped her arms around me and kissed me.
