I sighed, glancing over the calendar with sorrow...

Today..! Is my birthday...

'I should probably steer clear of the Creepypastas... I don't want them telling Black Hat today is... well, TODAY' 

"Morning, dear... I'm surprised your up so early..! You usually sleep in..." I smiled softly as Black Hat wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me to his chest with a chuckle.

His face then fell as he noticed my expression, and swiftly, he spun me around and sat me on the bed beside him.

"Is something bothering you, mi amor?" I looked over at him with a smile, shaking my head.

"No... I'm just thinking is all..." Wrong choice of words.

He instantly freaked out, grabbing my shoulders with wide eyes, "I DIDN'T MAKE YOU UPSET DID I?! I'M SORRY!! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I DID WRONG-"

"BLACK HAT!!!" I laughed, wrapping my arms around him tightly with a small giggle, silencing him.

"You didn't do anything..! What I meant was, I'm just thinking about my father and uncles"

"Oh... well, we can go visit them if you-"

"NO!!! I mean... no, I-I just want to spend time with you today..." He arched his brow, about to open his mouth to say something, but he closed it and simply shrugged.

"Alright... I won't go there unless I have too" He chuckled, smiling as he tilted his head.

"What's that supposed to mean?" I giggled playfully, we both glared at each other before laughing.

---timeskip/Black Hat's POV---

I'm not stupid, I know something is bothering her.

But what?

At the moment, she was downstairs with the others, eating breakfast.

While I stayed in my office, pacing back and forth in thought.

"Lets see... she was staring at the calendar... maybe she lost someone close to her on this very day? No... she doesn't seem like one to grief for something like that... she's more like 'move on', or something. She also said she was thinking about Slenderman and the other Creepypastas..." I ranted, but stopped as a thought struck me.

I teleported downstairs, walking into the dining room where my beloved was.

She looked up at me, smiled, then went back to eating her breakfast.

"I'm going out for a bit, please make sure that Dementia doesn't destroy the house" She stopped, swiftly snapping her head in my direction, making me freeze on the spot.

"So... where are you going..?" I instantly began to sweat.

What if she got the wrong idea?

What if I learn something I shouldn't?

Quickly, I fixed my posture and grinned, "I am going to go visit The X Brothers, Thesis just made a deal that I simply cannot refuse~"

Her shoulders relaxed, a small smile gracing her lips, "Oh, alright"

I walked behind her, leaning down and wrapping my arms around the chair and to her shoulders.

"I'll be back as soon as I can, mi amor~" She looked up at me, gently connecting our lips.
