Brother knows best. (Jensen Ackles x Reader)

You were sitting in your hospital bed waiting for the scan results to come back for your arm and leg, when the doctor came in the door saying 

"Hello Miss Padalecki, I am doctor Howard. I have your results here; I would like to discuss some things with you. Unfortunately you do have a bad fracture in your radius, but we will have a proper cast on your arm today and then we can take care of you from there. With your leg, you're in luck, you didn't break anything, however it seems you did pull a muscle, so you will need to take it easy for a while. Is there someone you can call to come help you?" 

You watched as the doctor paused for a second waiting for your response, but with everything that just happened you started panicking thinking of ways you would be able to describe why you were out late. Then it hit you. You hadn't called Jensen or checked your phone since you and Jared snuck onto set. You swallowed your worries then asked

"Do you know where my phone is? My brother is my emergency contact, but he is here, so I was going to call his wife." The doctor nodded as he stood up walking over to the counter and pulling your phone out of a bag. Your luck continued as your phone wasn't broken, but when you saw the 15 missed calls and texts from Jensen, you knew you were in deep. You thanked the doctor and then told him you would take care of it. The doctor told you he would give you some space and then he'd be back in with a nurse to take care of your arm. 

You stared at your phone, knowing Jensen was probably pissed and worried sick, but if you told him that you and Jared snuck onto set to go after Jack, you knew he'd be even more pissed. So you took your phone dialing Gen's number. It was one ring and Gen picked up with a panicked voice asking 

"Y/N! Where are you guys? Are you ok?! Why the hell did you guys take off like that? Where is Jared?" You huffed laughing a little at her loaded questions but then you firmly smiled as you took a breath and replied 

"Gen everyone is ok! Jared is here with me...but... we did get into an accident. Before you panic we are alright, everyone is fine. But we are at the hospital and need someone to come pick us up." Gen was already rustling things behind the phone, which you assumed was her setting things up for the kids and leaving a note for Sadie. Gen took a breath then sharply replied

"I'll be there in 10 minutes. Do you want me to pick up Jensen on my way?" You took a quick breath then shook your head speaking into the phone

"No, I called him already. Just tell Sadie to watch the kids and come here by yourself so Jared and I have room in your car." Gen nodded knowing you couldn't see her but then she said

"Alright, I'll see ya soon." Gen hung up and was on her way to the hospital immediately. She already told Sadie earlier that night that she would be in charge of watching the kids, but she left her a note apologizing for leaving and thanking her for watching them. 

You sat in your bed biting your lip, knowing you'd get into more trouble now for lying to Gen about calling Jensen but as you read his texts you knew you couldn't let him there otherwise you and Jared would be busted and get in trouble with the law. You looked at your phone reading Jensens texts

Jensen: Y/n where the hell are you? 
Jensen: I know you're not at Jared's anymore, I asked Gen.
Jensen: Y/n seriously I'm just worried babe, please call me.
Jensen: Alright I'm heading to Jared's. 
Jensen: Call me immediately. 

Your eyes went wide reading the text; knowing either Gen or Sadie had told Jensen that you and Jared stormed off somewhere and left them. You were trying to find an excuse to tell Jensen where you were, but then you had to think of where you were going to go when you had to leave. You knew if you left with Gen, you and Jared would get caught and be in a lot of trouble, so you did the only thing you knew, you called Misha. It was around 2:30 in the morning, so you didn't expect Misha to pick up, but after a few rings he did grumbling
