The Small Moments

"Jagi? I didn't know you were coming," Jungkook said when he unexpectedly saw his girlfriend waiting patiently in the company building lobby.

Beads of sweat were dripping down his forehead and his white shirt was slightly see-through from his body's hot temperature. He had just gone on break from his six hour dance rehearsal with the guys. With comebacks coming soon, the pressure of having everything ready was harsh.

Eunji smiled and gave the exhausted boy a much needed hug, "I wanted to surprise you. I brought you lunch!"

She gleefully held up the hot bag of food for him to see. Jungkook had sniffed the glorious aroma when he first approached her.

Jungkook smiled a little, "Aw thank you Jagi, you didn't have to."

"I couldn't let you go hungry," Eunji reasoned. "I worry about you, practicing for hours and barely taking any breaks."

Jungkook teased, "Aish you sound like my eomma. Let's go to the studio to eat."

Eunji eagerly let the maknae lead her to the empty dance studio. The other members had left for the night. Jungkook wanted to stay back to get extra practice. They settled down on the floor and Eunji began to untie the bag and unpacking the containers.

"You made samgyeopsal?" Jungkook gasped with delight. His adorable eyes devoured the food she revealed to him. He hadn't realized how hungry he was until now.

Eunji quickly wrapped the pork with lettuce and added in the soybean paste.

She held it up for him to eat, "Yep, open up!"

Jungkook opened his mouth for Eunji to feed him.

He happily chewed and swallowed, "Mm, it tastes good!"

Eunji beamed, delighted to see him enjoying the food with relish. She continued to feed Jungkook while he would do the same in feeding her some samgyeopsal.

"Thank you, Eunji-yah," Jungkook said when they finish.

"Your welcome, Kookie," Eunji said as her fingers lightly rub across his knuckles. "You always work so hard. You deserve a break."

Jungkook relaxed into her touch and leaned his head against Eunji's shoulders, "You know I love you, right?"

Eunji lightly kissed his forehead and ran her hand gently through Jungkook's hair, "And I love you just as much, if not more, Kook."

He was grateful that Eunji had come to visit today. He had been very busy lately with his constantly packed schedule, so he couldn't see his jagiya as much as he wanted to. He missed her so much.

It was these small moments that Jungkook enjoyed the most with his love.
