AN: Since my niece is currently randomly crying in her sleep and I am getting no sleep, guess you guys get a new chapter early as can be. Lol.

Marshall was off to LA, leaving his wife with their five kids alone. He felt guilty as he boarded the plane. He was frustrated that things still seemed tense between him and Madelyn. He tried to help out when he was home but taking care of three very needy babies was hard on them both. Madelyn refused to hire a nanny.

"You ok?" Paul asked.
"What?" Marshall looked up at him.
"You look like you are on another planet right now."
"Just not looking forward to this. I would rather be at home with Mads and the kids."
"Yeah?"

He nodded.

"Do we have a female lead for the video?" he asked.
"They were looking at Sarati," Paul said.
"No."
"Why not?"
"I am not getting my ass chewed out afterward cuz Mads can't stand that girl."
"Marshall, she works well with you."

Marshall shook his head. He wasn't about to take that risk. The girl was not going to be in his video.

"Then we have to rework the concept of the video," Paul said.
"Whatever you gotta do," Marshall replied.

He sent a text to his wife.

Marshall: on the plane missin you guys.
Madelyn: its only a week handsome
Marshall: thats too long
Madelyn: you will be all right.
Marshall: they wanted to use sarati. I told them no.
Madelyn: why
Marshall: i aint being around her without you. Dont need that press bullshit again.
Madelyn: i trust you Marshall
Marshall: i dont trust her.
Madelyn: all right babe. I love you. Let me know when you land
Marshall: of course. I love you too

"Marshall, shut that damn thing off so we can go," Paul said.

Marshall made a face at him. He shut his phone off though and got himself buckled in. He tried to take a nap but couldn't. He kept having thoughts that kept him awake. Paul was already knocked out. Marshall was fighting the urge to tell them to let him off the plane so he could go home.

Once they landed in LA, he turned his phone back on. He sighed.

Madelyn: i love you so much my handsome king. You are the glue that keeps our family going.

He smiled at her message. He was such a sap when it came to her. She really did make him a better person. He got into the Escalade that was waiting.

Marshall: i love you my queen. I aint the glue baby. You are. You hold our family down all the time and I love you for it.

He was taken to his hotel. He was exhausted now. It was early as hell in LA. He knew from looking at a clock that Madelyn would be getting everyone down for a nap.

Marshall: call me when they are down.

He was in the room lying on his bed when his phone rang. He smiled as he answered it.

"Baby," he said.
"Hey handsome," she replied.
"Everyone sleeping ok for you?"
"Yeah."
"Good. I wish I was home with you."
"I wish you were here as well. But you will be back soon."
"I love you. Video chat tonight?"
"I am sure we could swing that."
"Yum."

She chuckled. There was a knock on his door. He got up to get it. There was a look of shock on his face when he saw Sarati outside his door. He still had Madelyn on the phone.

"Hey Marshall," she said.
"Babe," Madelyn caught his attention.
"Yeah Mads," he replied, closing the door on Sarati.
"Who was that?"
"Sarati."
"Seriously?"
"Babe I don't know how she got my room number. I am alone in this room though. I promise."

Madelyn trusted him with her life. She trusted him not to hurt them. She didn't however trust Sarati at all. She knew the girl had already tried to get Marshall to cheat on her. A tense feeling crossed her.

"Please be careful," she told him.
"I will be babe," he replied.

Marshall woke up late the next morning with no recollection of the night before. He was confused until his hand hit a hard body lying next to him and a panic set in. She opened her eyes and smiled at him.

"What the hell did you do?" he demanded.
"Nothing you didn't want," she replied.
"Get the fuck out."

She stood and dressed before walking out with a smirk on her face. His phone went off. He snatched it up seeing over a dozen missed calls and texts from his wife as well as calls missed from Nate and Paul. He couldn't remember anything after dinner and didn't know why. He called Paul first.

"What the fuck Marshall?" Paul demanded.
"Paul, what the hell happened last night?" Marshall asked.
"You left dinner when Sarati showed up and took her with you."
"Paul, I think she drugged me."
"Drugged you?"
"She brought me a glass of coke and I didn't think anything of it."
"You got the glass? We can have it tested. It is the only thing that will save you with Madelyn."
"We don't have to tell Madelyn do we?"
"She already knows idiot. You video chatted with her while the bitch was in your room."

Marshall ran a hand over his face as a panic began to set it. He needed to call his wife.
