Marshall was outside with the two older boys. They were going stir crazy and they were driving their mother crazy. He took them outside so she could get things done for Malakai's birthday as well as Whitney's 18th. It was crazy to him that he had three adult kids as well as five kids that were so young. He was pushing Kai on the swing while Maverick was in the sandbox. He sighed.

"Daddy," Maverick looked up from playing.

"What buddy?" he asked.

"Are we ever gonna get to leave the house again?"

"The way this is going, I don't know big man."

"This is boring. I want to go to school."

Marshall chuckled at his son. Maverick had never been to school but he was ready to go just to get out of the house. He had one kid graduating and another starting kindergarten. It was a weird feeling. He never imagined that he would have more children after Whitney. He definitely thought Hailie would be his only biological child. He couldn't believe how much Madelyn had changed his life. He wasn't complaining about it at all. He loved his life with his wife and he was glad that he had made her his wife. He had been panicked that she would leave.

"Hey babe," Madelyn called from their back door.

"What's up?" he asked.

"Lunch is ready."

He stopped the swing that his three year old was on. Maverick was already brushing the sand off his clothes and hands to go inside. Marshall threw the cover back on the sandbox and walked to the back door with his boys. They went to wash their hands in the bathroom while Marshall washed his in the kitchen sink. He turned to watch his wife and daughter for a moment. He smiled at them both as they put lunch on the table.

"Have I told you, how sexy you are today?" he asked, pulling his wife into his arms.

"What are you sucking up for?" she joked.

"Later,"

She laughed and leaned into his chest. He began placing little light kisses on the back of her neck as he held her in place.

"Babe, you aren't helping me get this ready," she laughed.

"It's all good," he said.

"You are terrible."

"You love me."

"I definitely do."

She smiled. Whitney rolled her eyes.

"You two are disgustingly cute," she said.

"We love you too Whit," Marshall laughed.

"I know Dad."

"Mama, hands are clean," Malakai said.

"Did you use soap?" Madelyn asked.

"Yep."

"Mama, he made a mess," Maverick said.

"Doesn't surprise me at all," Madelyn chuckled.

"I'll clean it up after we eat," Marshall said.

"It's all right babe. I'll get it."

He shook his head.

"I'm home, I'll help out," he said.

"That's up to you," she replied.

"I do have to go to Shade45 today."

"All right. Just be careful."
