"Hey babe," Marshall said.

He was feeling some kind of way that day. She glanced at him.

"What Marshall?" she asked.

"Would you love me if I wasn't famous?" he asked.

"What kind of question is that?"

"An honest one."

"Of course I would. Marshall, if we could avoid the spotlight and be a normal family, it would be incredible."

"Yeah?"

"Yeah, baby you are my sexy man and I love you. I would be with you no matter what. Marshall, I fell in love with you, not Eminem. I know that sounds insanely cliche but I mean it. If you gave it all up tomorrow, I would still love you until the day I die."

He pulled her into his arms and kissed her hard. She was concerned with his behavior. He pulled away and settled his hands on her hips.

"You ok?" she asked.

He shrugged.

"Talk to me, what's going on in that head of yours," she said.

"Just thinking. I mean I was with Kim before all this shit and that was toxic as fuck. Then the other girls were pretty much afterward and I never really knew if people wanted me for me or if they wanted me for the fame." he said.

"So me avoiding the fame for as long as I could meant nothing to you?"

"I ain't mean it like that. I just think you are the only genuine female that I have been with since becoming Eminem."

She gave him a funny look.

Flashback

Madelyn had been with Marshall for a few months now. He was sitting on the couch with her wrapped in his arms.

"Can I introduce you to the world as my girl?" he asked.

She shook her head.

"You ashamed of me?" he joked.

"Never that, handsome. I just need you to know that I don't care about the fame and the chaos. I just need you and I'm good." she said, kissing his cheek.

"But you will go on tour with me?"

"If you want me to, yes. But I don't need to be in the spotlight. That's your thing. Just know I will be waiting for you."

He nodded as he pulled her in closer to his chest. She began to pepper his face with kisses. He closed his eyes and just enjoyed it.

"Marshall Bruce Mathers III, you are so incredible," she said.

"How did I get so lucky to get you," he asked.

She blushed and kissed his lips.

"I'm not perfect," she said.

"Oh but you are baby," he replied.

She chuckled as he pulled her under him on the couch.

End

Marshall cherished every moment with her as if it was the last one they would have. He knew even with his insecurities that randomly creeped in on him that he didn't have to wonder when it came to Madelyn. He sighed.

"Baby, you know I love you," he said.

"I love you too Marshall. We are two very imperfect people who are making the most of this life together for good," she replied.

He nodded. She smiled and kissed him again. He let his mind wander to when she was pregnant the first time.

Flashback

Madelyn had just come back home after their fight about the baby. He was excited to know he had a son on the way now. Madelyn was laying on the couch with one hand on her belly. She wasn't feeling the best. The baby was making everything she ate come right back up on her. He knelt next to her and gently rubbed her growing belly.

"I'm sorry that you don't feel good," he said.

She nodded, closing her eyes as sleep threatened to take over. He climbed over her and lay behind her, thankful that they had a deep couch so she wasn't on the edge of it. She snuggled back into his chest as he continued to rub her belly. He felt her breathing even out as she fell asleep next to him.

He turned on the television and found a movie to watch. He was perfectly ok with that as long as she got some sleep. She needed it as she was growing a human.

He loved seeing her belly grow as their boy grew within her. She looked so peaceful there on their couch with him behind her.

"So beautiful," he whispered.

A smile appeared on her sleeping face as he kissed the back of her neck. She squirmed rubbing herself against him causing him to gasp. He put a hand on her hip in an attempt to still her.

End

"I kinda miss you being pregnant," he said.

"Yeah?" she asked.

"Seeing you grow another person is incredible."

He kissed her lips and looked over at the sleeping kids around their living room. They had been watching a movie and all five kids had fallen asleep.

"We need to get them to bed," she said, sitting up.

He nodded. They got up and started with the triplets. He carried both boys up while she took Mckynna. Then she carried Malakai up while he took Maverick. He went back down to ensure that the house was locked up and the alarm was set before joining her in their room. He wrapped her in his arms as they lay on their bed.

"I'm sorry," he said.

"For what baby?" she asked.

"Being such an insecure mess."

"Marshall, it's all right. Pretty sure it's normal for celebrities who marry us common folk to question that. I'm not offended at all."

"Common folk?"

She laughed. He had a smirk on his face. She pulled him into another heated kiss. He ran his hands down her body.
