AN: I have no idea how long this book will be. I am just continuing to write until it begins to bore me and then I will probably end it. There may end up a sequel. I have no idea. LOL. Just thought I would let everyone know before it all comes out.

When it broke to the press about their house being broken into and that the man had tried it before, made her nervous. Marshall had ignored most of the press that surrounded it. He was focused on other things. Madelyn focused on the kids as much as she could. The triplets were doing well and coming along with their therapy. Marshall  walked into the nursery where she was changing their diapers. She glanced over her shoulder at him.

"Need help?" he asked.

"This is the last one," she said.

He nodded and lifted his youngest daughter from the crib. She smiled at him. He kissed her little cheek. Matthew shrieked at him from the changing table. Myles was almost asleep in his crib. He had been fighting a cold recently. Madelyn lifted Matthew from the changing table.

"Let's let Myles sleep," she said.

"His teeth?" Marshall asked.

"Yeah, they are hitting him hard right now."

He nodded. The older two boys were down the hall playing in their toy room. He kissed his wife's lips as she walked past him. She chuckled a bit and walked down the hall. The boys looked up at her as she stood in the doorway.

"Hey handsome boys," she said.

"Mama," Malakai giggled.

"What do you guys want for dinner?"

"Tacos," Maverick yelled.

"Of course."

Madelyn chuckled. She went down the hall with Matthew still in her arms. She kissed his little head. He buried his face in her shoulder. She walked down the stairs. Marshall was directly behind her with Mckynna in his arms.

"What are we going to do about all this shit?" she asked.

"What?" he asked.

"Everything with this guy breaking into our house?"

"Baby, they are dealing with it. We are fine. I promise."

"I know we are fine."

"So why stress about it? We are going to let the police handle it now. He is in jail and he can continue to stay there. I won't let anything happen to you and our kids, I promise."

She nodded. She was concerned about it. She worried every night about putting her children to bed. She was scared that they were going to get hurt. Marshall could see the fear on her face. He sighed.

"Baby, listen to me. I will do whatever it takes to keep you and the kids safe. You know this. I would put everything on the line, just to keep you all safe." he said, pulling her into his arms.

"I know. I'm sorry. I am just nervous since the kids were here when it happened," she said.

He looked down at his daughter. She was sitting on the floor now. He had set her down. She looked up at him. He smiled down at her. Madelyn had already put Matthew down to play before Marshall had grabbed her. She wrapped her arms around her husband's neck.

"I love you," she said.

"I love you too," he replied, "I will always make sure that you're safe. All of you."

Madelyn nodded. Marshall's hands had settled on her hips as she stood in front of him. He put his lips to hers and slid a hand up into her hair. When they broke apart, she smiled at him.
