"Shaun Baker." The audience applauds as Shaun stands up and crosses the stage. He walks over to the podium and takes his diploma from the principle before hugging him tightly. Sevyn snaps a picture of the moment and laughs with others as Shaun dances across the stage, waving his diploma in the air.

"Mama I did it!" He exclaims proudly. "Incoming seniors, hold it down!" He flashes another smile then exits down the stairs.

"I bet the teachers are relieved he's leaving." Monica whispers in her best friend Sevyn's ear.

Sevyn half listens to the other names being read as she looks around the auditorium. She spots her twin brothers sitting beside each other in their blue caps and gowns, discreetly whispering to eachother. She can't believe that they're finally graduating. It's like just yesterday they were just giving her tips on being a freshmen. Now they're leaving her alone at Marian Parker Highschool. It's always been Sevyn and her brothers, if you know Ty and Malcolm Harris, you most likely know Sevyn too. They were her protectors and looked out for her. It's going to be lonely without out them.

Of course she still has Monica and her boyfriend Jackson by her side, but its not the same with out her loud mouth, obnoxious, annoying, hilarious big brothers. All four of them. She considers her brother's friends her older brothers too because they also looked out for her, teased her and treated her as a younger sister.

"Malcolm Harris." The principle announces. A big smile spreads cross her brothers face as he stands up and glides across the stage to the podium. He takes his diploma and thanks the principle before flashing a thumbs up to Sevyn as she snaps a picture of him walking off the stage.

"Tyrell Harris." The principle says next. Ty pops up from his seat like he's been anticipating this moment forever. He strolls over to the podium with a confident swagger to accept his diploma and shakes hands with the principle before grabbing the mic, "PEACE OUT BULLDOGS, YOUR KING WILL MISS YOU ALL!" He shouts, earning a sharp glare from the principle. The basketball team makes barking noises and Ty puts his fist up to acknowledge them.

Shaking her head, Sevyn takes his picture as the principle yanks the mic from his hands. He beams and struts off the stage as everyone claps for him. Sniffling sounds catch Sevyn's attention and she looks over to see her mom furiously wiping at her eyes. "I thought you said you wouldn't cry." Sevyn teases.

"Oh shut up." Christine swats her daughters arm as she grabs tissue from her pocketbook and dabs her wet eyes. Sevyn smiles and rubs her back as more names are called.

When they finally reach the M's, Sevyn readies her camera again. "Cordell Maverson," the principle speaks. Corey smiles and gets up, sauntering over to the podium. A few girls whistle for him and his soccer team chants his name while waving his jersey in the air. Sevyn takes a picture of him modestly accepting his award before walking off stage. He winks towards his adoring "fans" as he descends the stage steps.

"Talia Morgan," The principle announces and she squeals as she jumps out her seat and speeds walks over to the podium in her heels. She hugs the principle and accepts her diploma as Sevyn takes a picture. Doing a little dance, she walks off the stage happily with a bright smile matching her twinkling eyes. Ty embraces her in a warm hug and kisses her forehead. He's been dating Talia for six months now, his longest relationship ever. Sevyn has never seen him so happy and content with a girl before, she's proud of him for finally growing up.

Watching her friends and brothers hug and high five each other, she feels her eyes getting a little teary. She's so proud of them and excited to see the next steps in their life that her emotions are overwhelmed and she doesn't know what to do but to let the joyful tears fall.
