As of now, Izuku inherits his father's quirk, One For All. By infusing his birth quirk with OFA, he is stronger than usual. One For All acts more like a booster for Izuku's quirk Power Stack enhancing it's power and abilities.
Capabilities (As Of now)
Higher Percentages: With One For All, Izuku is able to use higher percentages of power without injuring himself.
Longer Full Cowl Duration: Izuku can use Full Cowl for longer periods of time with One For All infused with it.
Enhanced Strength: With OFA boosting Power Stack, Izuku can lift objects 10 times his weight, such as a firetruck, or a construction object.
Enhanced Reflexes: With OFA, Izuku's reflexes will also be enhanced when using Full Cowl.
More abilities remain locked. Once he discovers them, he will be well on his way to being a great successor to All Might!
