Logan Hill a.k.a The Phantom Hero: Joker. His quirk, Rebel Spirit, enables him to manifest a spirit that gives his attacks and skills an edge. Im addition to knowing various martial arts techniques and hand to hand combat, he is skilled in many combat weapons such as knives, and swords, and guns. When his Spirit comes out, it gives his attack power some serious boost. To call his spirit, he simply needs to remove his shades and a mask forms on his face.
