As we flew through the clouds, we sat in a comfortable silence. I put the ship in auto pilot and walked out of the cockpit and into the other room. Anakin soon after followed me.
"We need to talk." He grabbed my hand and led me through another door to a small room. Closing the door, he crossed his arms and asked, "Should we have done that?" I raised an eyebrow, "You're regretting telling him, aren't you?"
Anakin sighed, "Yeah, I am. I just- I don't know if it was a good thing to do." I explained, "Anakin, Obi Wan is one of our closest friends, if not our closest. He's a very trustworthy man. I don't think he will do anything."
"You're right, I don't know, I'm just worried." I put a smile on my face, "I am too, but I feel that Obi Wan understands our situation. He once loved a woman, but he wasn't as selfish as us." I admitted.
"You think we're selfish?" Anakin asked in a questioning tone. "I do." I said boldly. "We are Jedi, not citizens. Although we shouldn't be doing this, we are and I wouldn't change it for anything else."
Anakin smiled, "Me neither. I like being selfish with you." I laughed, "Me too." He pulled me into his chest and we stood still, hugging each other. "And if they do find out," he started, "we'll be okay."
"We'll be okay." I breathed. Obi Wan yelled from the cockpit, "Try to get some sleep you two! But no funny business, I'm trying to get us out of here."
We went out of the room and into the cockpit, "Nothing on how to get out?" Anakin asked Obi Wan. "Nope. I have no idea how we're getting out of here."
"I'm gonna get some rest." I yawned. Walking out of the cockpit and to the bunk beds that sat against the wall, my movement was stopped by someone grabbing me around my neck. "Anakin!" I shouted.
Anakin rushed out and stopped, "Let her go!" A familiar voice replied, "Leaving so soon?" The Son raised me up off my feet by my neck, "Not without this you won't." He pressed a button where the floor beneath us disappeared, making Son and I free fall out of the ship.
Turning into his figure, he flapped his black wings as I was held on by his hawk like feet. Flying through tall pillars of rocks, I heard the ship behind us. I screamed and shut my eyes when the Son almost hit a rock, but turned just in time.
Still hearing the ship behind us, I could tell Anakin was piloting. Before I knew it, Son somehow boosted himself, making us zoom through the clouds that laid low. Keeping my eyes shut tight, I didn't breath as if I was about to die.
Then, I felt us land. Opening my eyes, above me was a large, green glowing tower. Before I could do anything else, my vision went black.
-
Opening my eyes revealed that I was raised on a wall and chained to it. My wrists and ankles were in handcuffs and my feet weren't touching the ground while my arms were out at my sides.
Lifting my head, my hair moved out of my face as I looked around the dark room. The room was only lit by specks of sunshine through small cracks. "You can't keep me here! You hear me? My friends will find me!" I shouted to the air.
"Save your energy." A voice said next to me. "You have been left to die." A small, purple, gargoyle looking creature stood freely. I strained as I pulled against the chains, "Then I will escape."
"Impossible." He chuckled, "I have been here for more years than I care to remember." I straightened my back and held my head high while I looked down at him, "I am a Jedi. We don't give up easily."
"Jedi, huh?" And where are your friends?" He moved closer to my feet. "They will come for me." He began climbing up the wall next to me. "And if they do not?" He stopped by my head and sat very close.
"They will." I assured him- and myself. "What makes you so sure?" Inching his head closer to mine, I pulled mine back. He climbed up more and unlocked my handcuffs.
Dropping down, I landed on my feet. "Thank you." I looked up at him to see no one. "The chains are the easy part." He said below me. Averting my eyes to see him, his hunched back was more visible in the small sunlight in the room.
"It's what goes on in here that's hard." He pointed to his head. Starting to circle around me, he added, "Don't you see? You are alone now. If you are to survive, you must forget your friends."
Grabbing my hand, I walked with him until I felt a pain in my head. I groaned, "I don't I.." I stopped and looked at him since he moved my arm. Shifting my gaze to him, he opened his mouth and bit my arm.
His teeth were sharp as they entered my skin. "Ah! What did you do?" I asked harshly as I raised my arm up to my head. "You are mine now!" His voice lowered.
I gasped as I fell to my knees, feeling worse. Feeling very worse. Then, my body collapsed on the cold ground. Coldness overtook me before my vision went dark.
Y/n's veins went black all throughout her body. Her eyes shifted from y/e/c to a yellow and a red outline. She rose herself onto her feet to see Son standing taller than her. "Now, go outside. Have fun with your 'friends.'" The Son laughed as he disappeared.
Y/n staggered herself outside into the nighttime onto a large balcony. There, she sat peacefully by a tree and kept her body towards it. Closing her eyes, she sat still. She could hear faint whispers and voices talking to her, driving her more mad.
Then, it was one that drove her craziest. "Y/n, it's me. You're safe beautiful, let's go." Anakin's voice spoke behind her. "Do you really love me?" She asked gently, still facing the tree with her eyes closed.
"What? Yes, you know this. Now let's get out of here." He chuckled. Opening her eyes, the whispers suddenly stopped. "He's right. Right about everything." Y/n spoke in a harsher tone.
She stood up and turned around to face her beloved, "You must join him. Only with him are we allowed to love freely." She spoke with a lighter, happier, creepier, tone, "He only wants what's best for the universe." Tilting her head onto her shoulder, she gave Anakin a smile.
"What's wrong with you?" Anakin asked worried. "It's always something with you, husband." She sneered. "Never really trusting me, believing in me, loving me. Well, I don't need you anymore." She hissed as she walked a bit closer to him.
"Y/n, y/n listen to me. He did something to you, snap out of it. This isn't you, y/n!" He said. "Isn't it? I feel more like myself than I ever have." Y/n said proudly, smiling as she flowed her arms to her head and out to her sides.
"He asked me to give you a message." She said shamefully. Her voice raised, "He said that if you don't join him, he will kill me." She laughed.
"I won't let him." Anakin stated. "Then you will be forced to kill me." Grabbing onto her lightsaber, she ignited it. Her husband shook his head, refusing to fight her. Angry at him for not wanting to fight, she lunged herself at him, making him ignite his lightsaber and clash his with hers.
