Anakin stayed sitting in his chair after leaving the room to say goodbye to Bail Organa and Leia after he and Yoda left the room. At this moment, Bail was on his way to Alderaan with Leia, taking her to her new home and to meet her new family.
The word 'family' didn't sit right with The Chosen One. It felt like an empty pit in his stomach. It almost made him sick.
Before Bail officially left, Anakin kissed Leia's head and held her tiny hand in his big one. He would never forget the sight of her as a newborn. He made sure of it. Bail also let the Jedi know that there are enough shuttles for them to escape far away from here.
"Why did she have to go this way? Why did she leave us?" Anakin asked Obi Wan, who sat across from him. "The Chanc- Emperor," Obi Wan corrected himself with Palpatine's new title, "manipulated y/n and destroyed her. She was scared and angry. She always has been, ever since she was a kid."
Anakin remembered the first time he met y/n. It was after a few kids picked on her for not being as skilled as them. She yelled and hit them with her fists until Shaak Ti showed up. She was the one to stop her outburst and eventually took her as her apprentice.
"I miss her." Anakin told Obi Wan. "We could've had a life together. Instead she let the Sith twist her mind and kill her." He sniffled and wiped his cheek of any teardrops that had fallen.
Obi Wan explained, "Anakin, Palpatine was in her head for years. Ever since she was a child he kept his eyes on both of you. He would watch and study both of you train. Then he had to decide who would be his minion. I assure you he had this planned for years and finally found an opportunity to mess with someone who was vulnerable to her emotions." He paused and formed a sad smile as he remembered his friend, "I remember when she told me about your plan's on Naboo. She was so happy and excited for your new life."
"Yeah, she was." Anakin chuckled. He pulled something out of his pocket and kept it enclosed in his fist. "Y/n was an amazing girl. I'm so sorry for your loss." Obi Wan said.
"Yeah, me too." The widow opened his hand and looked down at the beautiful necklace in his palm. The necklace that he had given y/n for their engagement.
Back on Mustafar, Anakin made sure Darth Kreia was asleep prior to going back to get the necklace. He wanted to make sure he could cut off any connection they had. At least, the connection he could control. Even if it was a lifeless object.
"I hope Leia stays safe. It's all I want for her. Safe and to be loved." Anakin looked out the window, watching the star filled galaxy. "She will. The Organa's are good people, you know that. They will make sure she is as strong and fierce as her mother and father."
Anakin and Obi Wan stood up from their chairs after awhile of sitting in silence, knowing it was time to say goodbye. They didn't say anything and embraced each other into a tight hug. "Thank you for everything, Master. I'm sorry this happened. I'm sorry I couldn't fulfill the prophecy."
"You are an amazing Jedi, Anakin. Someday, your time will come to restore balance to the galaxy. Until then, stay safe my old friend."
"Thank you, Obi Wan. Same for you, until we meet again."

Darth Kreia approached the command center with her Master. She was still getting used to her new mechanical limbs, but was handling it well. The metal doors slid open to the sides, exposing the great amount of Clones working in the room.
There were computers lined up under the walkway that led to the window ahead with Clones at each one. The Clones stopped their work and stood still, facing them. Kreia thought that it was weird not to see them salute to the higher ranked anymore, but didn't mind it. She wanted to get rid of her past as best as she could.
The Emperor moved his hand up from underneath his cloak, allowing the Clones to go back to work. He started his stroll to the window and Kreia followed after him.
She couldn't see what 'plans' he was talking about until she got closer. That's when she saw the formation of a huge circular building being constructed. Although it was hardly formed, she could tell the size of it.
"The Death Star is a secret battle station not many will know about. It is the ultimate weapon to our success in ruling the galaxy." The Emperor hissed beside her.
"I understand, Master." She acknowledged his words and the construction in space after feeling shocked, even frightened.
"No one will dare to try to destroy us." The Emperor started to cackle and slowly came to a stop. Darth Kreia crossed her arms over her chest, admiring the work and idea of the battle station.
She felt proud. Proud of herself since the Emperor chose her to help him rule the galaxy. Kreia even felt honored.
"Master, what will we do about the remaining Jedi that escaped?" Her modified voice asked. "They will be dealt with. At this moment, I am conducting the search for any force sensitive children. The children who decided to join us from the Temple will search for more once they learn their abilities." The Sith Lord elaborated.
"And you will teach them?" She questioned. "No, you will." The Emperor told her, "Your training begins tomorrow. Although, I doubt you will need any." He grinned, showing his new grotty teeth.
"Very well, Master."
