Chapter 26

"Master, I can't sit like this any longer." Caleb complained. "Do you want to be killed or taken as a prisoner?" I asked quietly. He shook his head. "Then you'll have to sit." I said as I heard the droids walk past us.

This is either the stupidest or the smartest idea ever. Later, the droids sounded further away making me look from under the box we were hiding under. No droids were around us. "Come on." I said getting up.

Caleb got up and we ran to where the shield generators were. "Be careful Caleb. Be aware of your surrounding and don't set off any traps-" Sure enough, Caleb walked on a mine.

Droids came up from the ground and began firing at us. Igniting my lightsaber, I deflected shots. "Set the charges!" I yelled at Caleb. More droids came up from underneath the ground. "Hurry up!" I shouted as the droids began firing at me, making me run around them.

Force jumping on top of the tall droids, I allowed the droids to shoot at me before jumping onto another, destroying the first one. "They're set Master!" Caleb yelled making me jump down from the second droid that was destroyed by fellow droids. More droids came up and encircled me.

"Hold on Master!" Looking behind me, a rock with a small circle began falling. "No, no, no!" I yelled as I used my arms to cover my head while I ducked. The rock crashed against the ground, destroying the droids while he set off the charges, destroying the shield generator.

Standing up, I observed around me. I looked at Caleb. "That was extremely reckless, Caleb. You could've gotten me killed." Caleb's happy expression went to sad and disappointed. "I'm sorry Master." I put my hand up, "But you didn't, and I thank you for saving my life, my young padawan." Caleb's face brightened with joy, "I won't let you down Master. I promise." I smiled at him, "I hold you to that promise."

We began to run back to the battle while clone ships flew above us. Once we arrived back at the base, the Separatists were destroyed and Whorm Loathsom was being taken away. I walked to Anakin and asked as we went into the transport, "How'd it go?" Anakin shrugged, "It was easy."

I rolled my eyes and heard Ahsoka and Caleb talking behind us. "How was it for you?" Anakin asked as we held onto the ropes attached to the ceiling while taking off. Shrugging, I replied, "It was easy. Caleb almost got me killed though." Anakin looked at Caleb and began chuckling.

Anakin reached out, I'd kill him if he did. I slapped his arm. Don't say that. He's a kid. Anakin shrugged his shoulders. You suck, I reached out. Anakin raised an eyebrow, looking down at his body and back up to me while smirking at me, making my cheeks flush in embarrassment.

Once the ship landed where Yoda and Obi Wan were, we all made our way over to them. Master Yoda looked up at me, "Trouble you have with your new padawan, I hear." I looked down at Caleb who was standing next to me. He looked up at me with a worried expression.

"I explained the situation to Master Yoda." Obi Wan said. "If not ready for a padawan, you are, then perhaps Obi Wan can-" I interrupted, "No. Caleb may be reckless and decisive, but training and patience, he could be great." Master Yoda said, "Then go with you, the padawan will, to the Teth system."

Anakin asked, "Teth? That's wild space. There aren't even droids there. "Kidnapped, Jabba the Hutt's son has been." I quiestioned, "You want is to rescue Jabba's son?"

Obi Wan said, "Y/n, we need the Hutts' allegiance to give us an advantage over Dooku. Master Yoda cleared his throat, "Negotiate the treaty with Jabba, Obi Wan will. Find the renegades that hold Jabba's son, your mission will be, y/n."

"I'll go prepare the troops." Caleb said and ran towards Bodhi and the other clones. "Just teach him everything you know y/n, and he'll turn out just fine." I sighed, "Great." Walking towards the clones, I left Obi Wan and Yoda. Anakin soon caught up to me.

"You know, it's too bad that you're leaving." He turned his head to make sure no one was watching before grabbing my hand and dragging me behind a isolated building. "Anakin, not now. There are clones and Jedi all around and-" he shut me up by kissing me, placing his hands on my waist.

Breaking away to breathe, I placed my forehead against his. "You better be careful around the Hutts. If one of them touch or do anything to you I swear I'll-" I interrupted him by kissing him, doing the same thing he did to me. Gripping his hair, our kiss was passionate. A mix of goodbye and love. I sensed a feeling coming off of him. A familiar one. Lust.

He trailed his mechanical hand down to my butt and placed it there. His other hand was placed against my jaw. Deepening our kiss, he began kissing my neck. "Anakin-" he shushed me against my neck.

His hand trailed down from my jaw to my vagina. Even though I'm saving myself until we're serious, it was hard to resist him. "Anakin. I'm sorry." I said pulling away. "It's not that I don't want to, I really want to actually, but I just don't know if we're that serious yet. And we're behind a building."

"I understand, y/n. You're just so intoxicating." He said, looking at me with his dark, lust filled eyes. "I love you, Anakin." He smiled and kissed me. "I love you too, y/n." I walked away from the building back to the clones and to Caleb.

"Master, the clones are ready and so am I." Smiling down at him, I said, "Let's go then." We stepped onto the ships and began hovering. As we flew, I saw Anakin watching me. Stay safe y/n. Reaching out to him, I replied, I will.
