Darth Kreia was in and out of sleep after her fight. Throughout it, she had glimpses of her Master, Clone troopers, a ship, and Anakin.

When she awoke for a little while, she felt rain hit against her. Her eyes stayed watching the sky, seeing the lightning strike through the clouds and hearing the thunder correspond with it. She was surrounded by Clone troopers as she was on a medical capsule. Kreia could feel the Chancellor behind her which comforted her to know that she wasn't alone. Then her vision went black once more.

Beeping rang through her ears, waking her up. The young fearful girl looked around the black and white-lit room. She saw medical droids circled around her along with Palpatine. Noticing the cuffs around her wrists and ankles, she prepared for the worst.

"Anakin.." She breathed out. Darth Kreia was dead at this moment. It was only y/n. And what y/n needed was Anakin.

"Anakin.." I pleaded under my breath. I moved my hand to hold the necklace he gave me for our marriage, but it wasn't there. Instead of worrying about the necklace, I used my strength to focus on him and if he was okay. Focusing on the force and our connection, I felt something. I can sense him, I only need to reach out to him. Focus.

"Begin." Palpatine ordered. Too determined to find my husband, I ignored my confusion about his command. "Anakin."

I could feel him, sense him even though he didn't reply. He's alive and so are our children. Laying back in complete relief, that stopped when I felt a burning sensation on my wounds. Letting out a loud hiss, I saw the droids ahead of me cleaning my wounds. "All will be well.." Palpatine spoke.

One of the droids brought out a knife, making me squirm back as best as I could. I hardly moved. "Stay still." Palpatine ordered me. Turning my head to him, his face was expressionless. The knife dug into the wound on my leg, making me scream in pain.

Then, y/n passed out.

Waking up, Darth Kreia felt nauseous. Moving her eyes around the room, she noticed that Palpatine stayed at her side. Averting her eyes to her lost limbs, she saw them replaced with mechanical ones.

The droids slipped tight black pants on her as well as a black shirt that sat against her body. A hooded cape was put on the back of her shirt. The droids put black boots on her feet and tied her wrists to the bed.

All Kreia did was watch. It was all she could do. She was exhausted from everything. Kreia wanted to get this over with and start bringing order to the galaxy, but y/n wanted to be with her family.

She heard whirring above her head, making her look up. Mechanical arms positioned above her, holding a black mask. Her eyes widened, then settled when she saw it lowering on her head. The eyes opened, exposing a red line through the mask's eyes and extending further to the sides.

"Anakin.. help me.." I breathed out before the mask overtook to me.

The mask clipped on and hissed. The bed Darth Kreia laid on started moving upward. The ground met the bottom of her boots. The Emperor moved closer to her, "Darth Kreia, can you hear me?"

"Yes Master." She replied in a modified voice. The voice was more robotic and lower, but still feminine. Turning her head, she asked, "Where are Anakin and the children? Are they safe now?"

"I'm afraid that when the control center was collapsing, Anakin didn't make it to his ship. Your children died in the collapse as well. You kept them there long enough so that they died." The Emperor told her. "I- that can't be. I felt them earlier. They were alive, I swear!" She cried.

The Emperor felt her anger. Her rage, her hate. He smiled as she broke free from the pieces of metal around her wrists and ankles. She limped out of the barricades onto her new limb and tightened her hands into fists. Kreia couldn't hold it together. She wanted to break everything in the room, and she did.

Otherwise for y/n, well, she was dead. The moment Anakin died was when y/n perished. Now all there was was Darth Kreia. And that's all there will be for a very long time. A long time of hating herself and suffering from her decisions.

Letting out cries and groans, everything in the room shook. Liquids, containers, the droids, everything. They broke into pieces. The droids formed dents in them and they fell to the floor. The only thing left standing in the room was the Emperor.

"No!" Kreia cried out into the air.

The Emperor only grinned, knowing how this will affect her. He knew how it will make her more powerful with the dark side. It will make her stronger with her hate and grief. Emperor Palpatine knew that Darth Kreia could be one of the most powerful Sith and his goal was to make her that. But first, he would need to make her believe the ones she cared about most were dead.

Kreia tried her best to reach out to Anakin, but nothing happened. She didn't feel anything. She fell to the ground and screamed, making the room shake harsher. Two Clone troopers hurried in the room to see what was happening. Stopping in their tracks after seeing her, Kreia looked up at them.

The Clone's saw her mask, scaring them. And she could feel their fear. Through her torment, she smiled. She knew how powerful she was now. How intimidating she was. Lifting one leg onto the ground, one leg was knelt. Extending her hand, she used the force to grab them.

The troopers's blasters dropped to the floor and they moved their hands to their necks, gasping for air. Kreia raised herself up slowly and held her grip on them. The Emperor admired her strength. He knew what he created and he was proud.

Kreia used the force to throw them at the wall, almost dismembering one. The Emperor grinned and wondered how much more powerful she will become if this was her now. Kreia observed the scene, then turned her head to her Master, waiting for him to say something.

"Come, Kreia. We must go oversee the plans."
