The school term had gotten into full swing, it was awful. Carina could already feel the pressure of OWLs and she realised that Orion hadn't been joking when he said that it was intense. Carina had walked to breakfast with Orion one morning and there was a rather large crowd gathering by a wall. Carina couldn't have cared less, she was starving! The Ravenclaw Captain of the Quidditch team walked up to Orion and nudged him.
"They've disbanded all the Quidditch teams!" He fumed and Orion looked at him and gasped
"She hasn't!" Orion replied with his jaw ticking
"What on earth are you both talking about?" Carina asked "whatever, it's not more important than breakfast, let's go," she said turning around
Orion wrapped an arm around her waist. "Not important? Little one this is Quidditch!"
"It's breakfast!"
Carina groaned and saw Blaise walking down the corridor she opened her mouth to say she was going with him until she saw he was with Nott and she changed her mind. She saw Draco trailing behind and she sighed and looked at Orion who was in conversation with the captain.
"Orion I'm going to breakfast," she said and he nodded
She ran through the crowds to try and catch up to Draco but she had no luck so she just sat at the Ravenclaw table eating some toast. She was sort of glad that she didn't catch up with them as she didn't know if she really wanted to deal with Nott. She didn't know what he had meant with his threats the other day and she didn't really want to find out. He made her nervous and it wasn't in a good way.
She saw the Weasley twins walk in with their brother and the girl Weasley. Fred grinned at Carina and she gave a slight wave. The Owls came in and Orion sat down next to Carina.
She saw her family owl come in with a red letter and her eyes widened. She looked up at Blaise who had already started to make his way over
"Oh bloody hell, it will be ok" Orion said and grabbed her hand Interlacing their fingers
She opened the howler and sighed
"CARINA BELLA ZABINI! HOW DARE YOU DISRESPECT THEODORE NOTT LIKE THAT! HANGING AROUND WITH MUDBLOODS AND DISRESPECTING YOUR BETROTHED WHEN HES MADE A REQUEST OF YOU! RUNNING INTO THE ARMS OF THE BLOOD-TRAITORS LIKE SOME COMMON TRAMP!" Carina's heart was pounding and Blaise had just got to her side and wrapped an arm around her. She could feel the looks of everyone in the hall on her and she just felt embarrassed and ashamed of her behaviour
