After learning that Luna was at Shell Cottage, Carina had been eager to go visit the girl. Sadly she wasn't able to because Bill has said it wasn't really safe and he didn't want to risk anything bad happening to Carina. She understood but she truly just couldn't wait to see Luna and give her the tightest hugs. Bill had become very protective over Carina, she didn't know why but she liked it. He was very similar to Charlie just slightly more mysterious and she loved it.

The month had now turned April and the previous night they had spent celebrating Fred and George's twentieth birthdays. It was a great evening and it had lots of dancing and fire whisky, there was lots of ABBA involved and Carina truly felt like she was living out her seventies fantasies. It was truly the perfect night for Fred and Carina — even Orion and George had a good time and stopped worrying for a little while and truly embraced the party mood. It was so bloody nice to act like teenagers again.

Carina had been writing to Blaise often in the nights as he was returning back to Hogwarts and she was terrified for him, she did not know what to expect for him in their last term. She was scared.

Today was different though, today was a good bloody day.

She was sitting in the garden with Orion nursing their hangovers from the night before, 'toughing it out' like the muggles did by not taking any potions according to Orion. They were talking about life after the war. Carina had been told that George asked Orion to move into the flat above the shop with him to see how they would like it. Orion said he was unsure but he had wanted too, he was nervous to take the next step in their relationship for reasons unbeknownst to Carina.

She thought he was scared because the last time that he was serious with someone it was Aurora and she had been so awful to him that she thought that Orion was still slightly scared of fully committing to George. Despite the fact George had done absolutely nothing to show Orion that he wasn't trustworthy.

She had even asked how Kian Phillips was doing, apparently he was thriving over in Italy and immersed himself in the culture deeply by spoiling his grand babies with the most adorable Italian designer clothes. He was loving reading through Zio's library too, learning about wizarding culture was something Kian loved. He was the Muggle equivalent of Mr Weasley, it's why they had gotten on so well when he went to the burrow to stay. They were both too eager to learn.

Carina could imagine herself being a great auntie to Blaise's children. She loved that idea of spoiling her nieces or nephews, she was secretly hoping her new god baby would be a girl so she could spoil it with pretty Italian dresses, but she knew Moony wanted a boy. Either way Carina knew that the little cub would be absolutely adorable and so bloody loved.
