This holiday, Neville and Carina had taken a list of all the people that were returning after the Easter holidays to the Room of Requirement. There was a list of maybes, yes and no's. This way Neville would be able to know if something had happened to any of the people on the lists and they could try and get an owl to them if they had suspected something happened. It brought Neville a sense of comfort as he ha even incredibly anxious about letting a lot of the children go home.

Not many people were staying for the Easter holidays this year. Not that Carina could blame anyone, Hogwarts was awful and they'd be silly to stay there and be subject to torment from the assholes that we're there. She just hoped that Minnie, Mr Hagrid, and Professor Flitwick would be alright. Obviously there were other teachers that Carina wanted to be alright but they were the main ones that she was concerned about.

The train ride home had been somber she had sat next to Blaise and Ginny in practical silence — her head resting on his shoulder the whole way as he read her stories to help her improve her reading. Blaise thought she had come along brilliantly but she sometimes still worked herself up over having a low reading age but Blaise didn't mind helping her, he'd always want his sister to prosper regardless of things that she would think are in her way.

This holiday Carina was going over to Aunt Muriel's with everyone as Bill and Fleur were staying at Shell Cottage and still sorting people out and moving everyone around. Carina was sad because she had loved Bill and he was so helpful with her over Christmas and she absolutely loved Fleur. She also wasn't looking forward to seeing Aunt Muriel because she didn't like the woman and Carina was literally willing to argue with the woman if she said anything about her curls this time around.

Carina knew that her curls were bloody gorgeous.

Neville had decided to stay on in Hogwarts over Easter because his gran was on the run. Carina didn't blame him but she had truly felt awful for him being there on his own and truly contemplated staying on with him until Seamus had decided to stay there too for a bit of company so Carina had felt a lot better.

Carina was scared on the way home, she truly was. She didn't want to think of how terrible everything was on the outside world and despite having a terrible time of it at Hogwarts, she knew that sometimes the protective enchantments there meant it was safer. Blaise said he stay on at Hogwarts but he had told Carina not too. He thought it was too dangerous and she should spend some time with Fred now that she was feeling a lot more confident in herself.

She agreed that she needed to spend more time with Fred now she wasn't constantly shaking and scared of her own shadow but she didn't want to leave Blaise at Hogwarts on his own. He had assured her he'd be alright though and he was more than willing to talk to Neville if it meant that she'd feel at ease. Blaise and Neville would talk quite often now and it made Carina happy because she knew a few years ago Blaise's arrogance would never allow it him to speak to others that weren't in Slytherin. It also eased Carina's mind that Blaise was in Hogwarts because  he was allowed to use the Owlery as he was a Slytherin but Carina was going to give Blaise the book Fred had given her so he didn't have to risk getting in trouble.
