Carina Bella Zabini had been called to Professor Dumbledore's office. She had only ever been in there once and that was when Siri died. She was terrified. She knew it was something to do with her dad but she wasn't sure what.
Upon her arrival in Professor Dumbledore's office she saw a bloody Phoenix! She couldn't believe Professor Dumbledore had one. She had never seen one up close and truly thought it was fascinating how they would rise up from the ashes. She thought they were beautiful animals.
"Beautiful isn't she? Good thing you've not caught her on a burning day," he said
He flicked his wand and a big fountain type thing came out of it. Carina could only describe it as a big fountain as words seemed to fail her in those moments. She understood it to be the pensieve after a few moments and she suddenly felt anxious. She was going to be shown her father's memory about what was going on with her. She was terrified.
"Miss Zabini this does not need to be done today if you're not feeling up to it,"
"No. My dad wanted me to know when I became of age. I'm of age I need to know this was important to him," she confirmed with a somewhat assertive tone.
Professor Dumbledore nodded and he pulled the phial from his cupboard and placed it into the pensieve.
"Would you like me to enter it with you? Or would you like Blaise or perhaps Mr Phillips?" He asked
"Yes please sir, could you enter it with me? Can we just have a minute I'm a bit anxious,"
Professor Dumbledore nodded and waited for Carina to be ready. He knew that this would be a big thing for her. It was the only time she'd ever see her dad, he wasn't around for her anymore so he could understand why this would be a big moment.
She had asked if Blaise had wanted to be here with her but he had said no, Blaise couldn't bear the thought of seeing his dad fighting for what was right when Blaise was being a complete coward and saying he was neutral. He knew this was complete dung as Eleonora was leaning toward the side of you-know-who more than the side of the order.
Carina took a deep breath and shut her eyes.
"I'm ready sir," she said and Dumbledore nodded heading to the pensieve with her
The two leaned their heads over and Carina felt a tugging sensation.
