Olly's POV
I rolled out of bed and decided to take a shower and throw on clothes.
I didn't feel snazzy like usual, but I never dressed snazzy.
I threw on a maroon tye dye Santa Cruz T-shirt, a black zip up hoodie, black ripped jeans and some maroon vans. I kept my hair in a bun and made my way out.
"Where do you think you're going dressed like that?" My mom questioned.
"It's Tuesday, 6:03 am... where do you think," I cocked an eyebrow at her.
"Lose the attitude. What time is the bus getting here?" She grabbed her keys. She's so confusing.
"I skateboard to school," I pointed at my most valued skateboard in all my collections.
I looked for something when she stared at it but she didn't even flinch. She just looked at it like it was a piece of trash.
"We should really clean out your room. It looked clutter with all that junk hanging on your wall. We'll go to the store later this evening to get you some posters of boy bands or something," she makes her way to the door.
"Are you even my real mom?! You just looked at my first skateboard, which you should remember that you were the one who given it to me, like it's a piece of shit! We decorated that when I was seven! It was also the last day I had seen you!" I roared in frustration.
"Olivia, language." She checks on her phone.
I shouted in frustration and made my way to the lot, "woah there sport," my dad jogged to me. I could feel hot tears on the verge of falling out my eyes but they wouldn't dare escape.
"She thinks the skateboard we decorated is trash and doesn't fucking care," I yanked myself free from his grasp.
My dad looked at me with heavy eyes and I'm just now noticing how puffy they are... he still loves her after all this time. Imagine the emotions he's feeling that he's being invited to his ex-wife's wedding to watch her commit herself to someone else...
"I'm taking Olivia to school, there's no time to change out of those horrendous clothes, but I can at least drop her off and know she's there at school," she unlocks her pearly white Jaguar and starts it up. Unbelievable.
"The woman thinks I'm a delinquent," I shook him.
"Just this once, Olly, for me? Please?" He begged with his red eyes.
I nodded and went on my merry way.

It's quiet as shit.
"How about a little music?" My mom reaches over to play- is that classical music? I'm gonna puke.
I didn't say anything.
We pulled up to the school and I get out the car and immediately slam the door.
Students were already looking at whispering at me when I turned around. I didn't hesitate, I spotted Cindy and the rest of the varsity cheerleaders.
"What did I miss?" I shrugged.
"Olly, you came to school in a car? A car that is not Matt Donavan's?" She raised both of her eyebrows, shocked as hell. And Matt comes in from behind the group.
"Hey guys, I think I already missed it," he tidies himself.
"You didn't miss much, just my mom dropping me off to school is all," I said plainly.
"You're what?!" They both yelled.
Yeah... join the fucking club.
