The President

Maraming tao ang naghahangad na yumaman. Marami ang nagnanais ng marangyang buhay. Tipong lahat kaya mong bilhin. There's no limitation in anything you want. You can order around or boss at others. You have a big opportunity. You have a big privilege. No one will look down on you. They will give you a high respect, afraid that turning against you will be the end of them.

I hope I am one of those who dream about it. Those people who dream to be a successful person. But I'm not.

I am privileged. I have all the means. I can brag to people about it.

But I won't.

I actually don't want my way of life. People are wrong that being rich is a happy life. I love more if I was born poor. I love more to be born without money.

"Come down, Caroline!"

I gritted my teeth. "What? What is it again?!"

"Don't raise your voice at me! I am the head of this family so respect me!"

I scoffed. "Skip that part, please. What do you want now?" Naupo ako sa harap niya. I crossed my legs and my arms.

"What have you done again in your school? For goodness' sake! You're already grade 12 but you're acting like a child. Cary, please! You're a girl! I'm reminding you incase na nalilimutan mo na! Investors will talk about us kaya ayusin mo ang buhay mo!"

Huminga ako ng malalim at nagpakawala ng hininga. This scenario is normal for me.

I know right. But I don't care.

I take that time to go to my room.

Jazzi:
Kumusta?

Ngumiwi ako. Tinutukoy niya ang sermon na naganap.

Ako:
The usual, girl.

Jazzi:
Ano? Tutuloy tayo sa bar tom?

I smirked. Of course, and no one will stop me.

Ako:
Yes! We'll party like there's no tomorrow.

Martin calling...

Martin is a brother of mine. Older brother to be specific. He's my ally but he's already in college so he's staying on his condo.

"Hey lovely Sis!"

"Kuya!" Masaya kong bati.

"Woah, happy? How come? You punched three guys in your school? Why is that?"

Aish! Can't believe na ganun kabilis kumalat ang balitang iyon. Wala akong kasalanan.

I scoffed then rolled my eyes heavenwards. "They touched me."

Yes, I hate people touching me. Especially to those who don't have permission from me.
