At a time earlier than high noon yet too late to be called morning. Kazuma entered the living room with bed head.

Kazuma: Morning. What's for breakfast? I won't be wanting miso soup for a long while after eating weird things everyday in the capital.

Y/n: Then make something yourself. How about raw eggs?

Kazuma: Just because you have a disease, doesn't mean you have to try and give others a disease.

As Kazuma sat down and Darkness glared at him.

Darkness: Didn't you get your memories back? You do remember what the children wrote to you, right? Waking up this late isn't the way to be. Forget breakfast, we're having lunch soon. It'll be lobsters, because when I had Megumin's secret Crimson Demon lobster dish in Elroad, I was captivated. This time, I've finally convinced her to prepare the raw ingredients after numerous attempts.

Y/n: Ah yes, her lobster dishes.

Megumin jumped when Y/n emphasized the word lobsters.

Kazuma: W-Well then, Megumin's dish is indeed quite delicious. Anyways, what are we doing today? Are we really going to the guild?

Aqua: Its up to Kazuma. While you two were gone, we've calmed down a bit. So, if you two are absolutely determined to take quests, I'm all for it.

Kazuma: Don't ask me. Ask Y/n if he wants to go.

Y/n: Kazuma, you were just preaching about going on a quest yesterday, so its up to you.

Seeing the scene unfold, Darkness gained an anger vain and slammed her fork in the table.

Darkness: Didn't any of you gain any motivation from the letters?! Kazuma, Y/n, you're no less than admired idols for those children! Aren't you going to be role models for them?

Y/n: No.

Darkness: Wha?!

Kazuma: I mean, I can understand why they admire me, but after calming down...well you know the rest. Think again carefully. Since experience can be earned by merely eating special cuisine, there's no need to do dangerous adventuring.

Darkness looked at the two while shaking her head.

Darkness: Hey Aqua, you get along with children too, right? Don't you often play with kids in the neighborhood? Don't you also call yourself a goddess, like you did at the capital? Then, shouldn't defeating the Devil King be your top priority?

Darkness's pampering voice grabbed the attention of the self-proclaimed goddess.

Aqua: I am indeed the goddess of water, Aqua. Although its strange considering how you guys don't usually believe that at all. Hey, are you all realizing my godhood from heart? Then, since I've lived with you for so long, I must be more important than Eris, right? Why not switch to the Axis Cult?

Thinking she was low hanging fruit, Darkness was shocked when Aqua fired back.

Y/n: Darkness your a noble. Can't you like, ban the Axis cult or I don't know, terminate the religion?
