Devil King army alert! Devil King army alert! All knights prepare to move out! Due to the massive scale of attack, high level adventurers are to report to the front gate immediately!

Y/n: Ugggghhhh. Its way too early for this.

Darkness: Y/n! Get up and let Megumin out of her room! We need to head to the front gate!

Darkness yelled while banging on the door.

Y/n: *yawn* I'm coming, I'm coming.

Y/n got up and opened the door and started heading to Megumins room.

Darkness: What's the matter? Did you not sleep well?

Y/n: I didn't sleep enough. I hate getting up early.

Darkness: I swear you and Kazuma are the same. We barely got him out of bed. We thought you'd be easier and then we find out that Megumins door is frozen shut.

Y/n: I'll apologize later.

Y/n melted the ice that covered Megumins door and opened it.

Y/n: Come on, Megumin. You heard the broadcast, right? What are you doing?

Megumin was currently bouncing up and down in the middle of her room, while sweating profusely.

Megumin: MOVE! MOVE! MOVE! MOVE!

Y/n: Whoa, what's the rush?

She was already down the hall and in the bathroom when Y/n asked his question.

Darkness: I was wondering why she was yelling so loud this morning.

Y/n: She was yelling? Whoops. I didn't hear a thing.

Darkness: Are you a heavy sleeper?

Y/n: Very heavy. If that broadcast went off around midnight, I wouldn't have heard it.

Darkness: Wow, I didn't think that was possible.

Y/n: Yup.

Megumin finally came out the bathroom and grouped up with the others.

Megumin: Alright, are we ready to head out Darkness?

Darkness: Yea, everyone else is downstairs already.

Y/n: You alright Megumin?

Megumin: I see, let's hurry then. Don't want to keep the others waiting.

Megumin then proceeded downstairs.

Darkness: I don't think she's too happy with you right now.

Y/n: She'll be fine, it'll just blow over eventually.

Darkness: I don't think it will, but okay.

Downstairs

Kazuma: Took you guys long enough. How can you simply chit chat when the kingdom is in danger?!

Y/n: Is that...enthusiasm?!

Kazuma: If I can show off my efforts on the battlefield, then I should be able to stay in the castle for awhile longer.

Aqua: I've never seen Kazuma so pumped up before.

Megumin: It is quite the sight. Maybe he's awakened to his adventuring blood.
