Eris: Y/n, Kazuma. Your deaths were really pathetic!

In a familiar void.

Kazuma: Your in a great mood, Eris.

Y/n: Yea, I guess things are well, here, in the vast void of nothingness.

Eris: Sorry. I've always wanted to try saying that famous line once.

Kazuma: What a true beauty. She melts my heart everytime I see her.

Eris scratched her cheek with a troubled expression.

Eris: You two seem rather calm even though your here. Well the others are safe, they're far away from the Hydra right now. Your corpses were retrieved after Darkness let the Hydra swallow her.

Kazuma: Tch, letting the Hydra eat her. Talk about reckless. Actually, Y/n how did you die? I thought your skin hardening ability would've saved you.

Y/n: It prevents me from being cut and mitigates damage from smash attacks, but things like stomach acid will have the same effect as if I didn't activate it.

Kazuma: So your weakness is acid?

Y/n: Look, having hard skin doesn't make me invincible. I'm just as squishy as you are.

Kazuma: I see. And what's up with that thing? Growing its heads back. That's just down right cheating.

Y/n: Honestly, can we even beat something like that?

Megumin had blown away several of the Hydras heads with explosion, but it started regenerating using magic.

Kazuma: Umm, what happened to our bodies after we were eaten? I heard that if the damage is too severe then...

Eris: I-Its fine! You can revive!! About 30 percent of the body's lost, but it'll work! Y/n lost about 45 percent since he tried to pull you out of the acid.

Y/n: Wait, can I revive?!?!

Eris: Yes! You both can revive!

Y/n: What a relief.

Eris: Um...when you guys resurrect, please don't blame Darkness, alright? She was the one who willfully brought it up, but she had her reasons too...she's blaming herself for your deaths right now and is taking it really hard. Of course, you two suffered the most.

Y/n: I mean yea, we did die.

Kazuma: What a gentle person. I wonder of there are people like that around me. Don't worry, we won't blame her. Anyway, Eris you mentioned that you'll come to the mortal world to have fun. Why not visit Axel? It's lonely to not be able to meet you unless I die.

Y/n: First the princess, then Darkness and now Eris. Are you trying to build a harem?

Kazuma: Hmmm, that doesn't sound like a bad idea.

Y/n: Get a load of this guy.

Eris: *giggle* Actually, we've already met plenty of times in the mortal world. Its about time you notice me, okay? I feel a little lonely too.

She said mischievously.

Y/n: Huh? We've met?

Kazuma: Was it in Axel?

Eris: I'll give you a hint. In the mortal world, my appearance is different from now. I'm more energetic, and my manner of speech is different.
