Kazuma: I want a little sister.

Y/n: Huh? A little sister? Isn't that something you should bring up with your parents?

Kazuma and Y/n were leisurely sitting on the couch while Aqua, Darkness and Megumin were playing the new game girl they brought back from the village.

Kazuma: I told them that I wanted a little sister before, that wasn't related by blood. So I wanted them to divorce and marry someone who had a daughter. That was the first time my parents beat me up.

Y/n: Seems like a valid reason for your parents to beat you senseless. Maybe I should get a few hits in too, you know, to make sure your brain is still functioning right.

Kazuma: That won't be necessary. Its not like we can go back anyway.

Y/n: Hmmm, home huh?

Megumin: What are you guys talking about?

Megumin had came over after her turn ended on the game girl.

Y/n: Nothing much. Kazuma was telling me about how he wants a little sister.

Megumin: A little sister?

Kazuma: Yup, one that's not related by blood.

Y/n: So what, you want a little sister to fawn over?

Kazuma: Exactly! You understand Y/n.

Y/n: Sorry, but that's way too much work. Plus they'd probably be annoying.

Megumin: Do you have any relatives Y/n?

Y/n: Yea, an older brother, but we always got on each others nerves. There were times when we would just hang out, but most of the time, we were at each other's throats.

Megumin: Hmm, interesting. I wasn't expecting him to tell me that. Maybe he doesn't mind revealing his past. I'll ask him about it later.

Kazuma: That's different from a younger sister though. Plus the princess seems younger than me, so she has to be the little sister I'm looking for.

Y/n: Hah! What, you gonna marry into the royal family?

Kazuma: Tch. That would work, but I'd have to beat the devil king for that to happen.

Y/n: Which I really don't feel like doing.

Kazuma: Me neither. Still to have the princess call me Onii-sama would be nice.

Darkness then came over after hearing our discussion regarding the princess.

Darkness: Kazuma, I really think we should reject the invitation. It'll be boring and is offered by the heads of the kingdom! So let's just ignore the invitation!

Y/n: I wanna take a break from questing, it'll be a nice change of pace for us.

Darkness: Y/n, you don't seem like the type of person who enjoys formal settings.

Y/n: Your right, I don't. But there's only one reason I'm going and that's-

Megumin&Y/n: The food.

Y/n: Well well, I guess great minds think alike after all.

Megumin: Yup, I am the number one genius of the crimson demons.

Kazuma: Darkness probably thinks that we'll do something rude to upset the royal family, right?

Darkness: Ah, no its just...um.
