IM LITERALLY SO PISSED USGHDHWIDJ. so like 2 weeks ago or whatever, i tried a 7 day free trial for this app called "JustAnswer" and it's where you can literally ask any question and get to talk to an expert about it. WELL i only needed it for a few days while my kitties were sick and then i texted the number to unsubscribe but apparently i only unsubscribed to the text messages from the app, not the actual subscription. WHICH MEANS I WAS BILLED $30 FOR THE STUPID APP CUZ I DIDNT ACTUALLY CANCEL IT so i reached out to them and asked if they could refund me cuz it just recently went through and i canceled and cuz it was a mistake and all they said was "you're not eligible for a refund because you didn't cancel your subscription in the 7 day free trial" like i KNOW I DID BUT I FUCKING TRIED TO IT WAS JUST A MISTAKE.
and it's so fucking frustrating because i'm just recently out of a job so i barely have any money anyways so like $30 is SO FUCKING MUCH I COULD BE USING THAT FOR GAS BRUH. ugh i'm so pissed. LIKE SO PISSED BRUH. i even sent them a screenshot of me "unsubscribing" 4 days after i subscribed in the first place so obviously i tried to end it BEFORE THE 7 DAY MARK but i'm just so pissed bruh cuz i really need that money right now and can't afford a thirty fucking dollar app that i won't even use anymore cuz i canceled the subscription. IM JUST SO FUCKING PISED DHIAHDIS
