It was cloudy which wasn't so strange for this time of the year. It was windy too. It was just a late summer transitioning into a pretty winter and it was calm and silent outside.

But inside the car, it was a bloody chaos. There was Nishi Bahl who is basically never satisfied of anything. She was still mad about the fact that it's Charlemont that we're going to.

There is Cole and Allan fighting like kids for the aux cable. Cole wants Travis and Allan wants Shawn. Then there is me trying to stop them from ripping the aux cable apart.

Maddie called. Her girlfriend is in some town around Charlemont and she wants to meet her so she reconsidered and she is driving to Charlemont. The more the merrier.

I have some plans for today. For Allan. And well we are only 2 kilometers away from the first one.

There is this old lady that sells books in this large open tent around the edge of this road. A friend who had been here before told me so.

We just arrived at the place and I had to ask Allan to look up from his phone while he was reading. He looked at me and then looked at the tent in front of us and jumped up with excitement. Nishi hopped out of the car as soon as we parked on the side of an empty road.

20 minutes later Allan dumped seventeen books in the trunk of the car in one corner. "You want more?" I asked sarcastically as I giggled. He gave an innocent I-am-so-sorry smile.

I walked to the old lady and asked her how much did the books cost. Suddenly Allan screamt from the back "I paid!"

The old lady handed me a small book named The Roses Of May by Dot Hutchinson. "Did he buy this as well?" I asked.

"The lad has asked me to give this to you." I looked at the lady, confused as fuck. "He wants you to read it."

I thanked the lady and came back to the car and placed the book in the seat pocket. Allan was in the backseat and Cole and Nishi seemed to have hijacked the front as Cole was driving for a while. I settled down and looked at Allan. He was smiling while listening to music through his earphones. The type of smile when you are relieved. I let out a small sigh followed with a smile too.

He kept his hand in the space between us, palms up like he wanted to hold my hand. I very thoughtfully grabbed his hand as he continued to look out of the open window.

Just as Cole started driving and the car picked up a rapid speed, Allan quickly adjusted himself and came closer. He took out one side of his earphones and placed it in my ear. Fuck, I'm lonely by Lauv and Anne was playing as he placed his head on my shoulder while our hands were tangled with each other's. His hair smelled nice.

Soon he closed his eyes and I rested my head on the seat, closing my eyes too.

THANKYOU SO FUCKING MUCH FOR 500 READS OMGGGG (sorry too hyped)

I literally have been so excited to write more this is amazing.
