TWO WEEKS LATER

"NO! Cersei's best dialogue is from season one. That dialogue defined Game Of Thrones. I refuse to believe anything else." I argued.

"'Power is power' is the best dialogue Cersei ever said." Allan fought back.

"No. You like that dialogue cus it was probably sophisticated in the books."

"Sometimes I wonder how dumb you are." He rolled his eyes, followed by a twitch at the edge of his lips. He walked around the room in my sweatshirt which perfectly fit him and kneeled on the edge of the bed.

"Even I don't know." I struggled to get out of bed as I tried to reach him. He bent down and his face was suddenly close to mine.

"Are you going to kiss me?" He asked, smiling, with our lips being just a few centimeters apart. His long fingers ran down my skin. His eyes on my lips and mine pushing deep through his glasses.

"Yes." I pushed myself in and he pushed himself away as he jumped off the edge of my bed.

"We're late dumbhead." He giggled and took his phone from the table and pushed it into his pocket.

I got off the bed and hugged him from the back. "Mhmm...remind me who the fuck cares?" I placed my head on his shoulder and locked my arms tight around his waist.

"I'm hungry!" He looked into my eyes this time. And kissed me. He pulled away and out of my arms quite quick. "I'm driving." He took the car keys and threw one of my sweaters at me. "I'm waiting." He walked out.

"Here they're!" I could hear Bram scream. He was always loud.

"Where were you crackheads?" Nishi looked at us all suspicious.

"We just got... well, too into Game Of Thrones." Allan sighed.

"You mean having sex?" Maddie spoke from the extreme end of the table, grinning.

"I'll not be answering that." Allan said.

Maddie was sitting next to Bram who was sitting with Ali. Nishi sat opposite to Bram. They made space for me and Allan at the corner of the booth because Allan wouldn't agree to sit between people. He was always picky that way.

"Where is Cole?" Allan asked after we all settled in. The booths were spacious.

Before Nishi could answer from beside me Cole screamed from under the table. "I'm here! Here."

"What the fuck are you doing there?" I asked, looking at him under the table. He wasn't too short but he could fit in just anywhere.

"I dropped one of my AirPods." He looked at me.

"What? Were you juggling with them?" Allan spoke beside me.

"Found it! AAH!" Cole bumped his head in excitement.

Soon we all ordered dishes from the menu cards. Nishi wanted us to try the food here as someone had told her it was amazing. It was downtown in New Haven. Allan enjoyed his meal and I didn't have much as I wasn't really hungry. Everyone else was done too. Specially Bram. He ordered too much.

"So. How was it?" Nishi asked us all.

"Ali is driving I had too much." Bram declared. And then burped.

"It was actually pretty good. I'd come here again." Allan said.

Maddie was busy with her phone so she didn't say much except for "Good" and "cool"

We all came to an agreement that the food was good and that we'd all like to come here again sometime. "Can we go to that bookstore around the street?" Allan asked me as we got out of the booth.

"I hope it's open." It was pretty late for a bookstore to be open.

Nishi drove Cole and Maddie home and Ali and Bram followed them. We were walking down the street to the end of it for the bookstore. The store was open. You could see it from up here.

I held Allan's hand. It was getting cold down here but it wasn't unbearable. "Did Cole say anything bout Nishi recently?" Allan asked.

"No. Why?"

"I'm just not sure if things are okay between them. Nishi seems extremely quiet and Cole is just being weird." I agreed. Cole had been acting weird ever since New Year's. And on the other hand Nishi did seem to be lost today. "I'm just worried."

"I'll talk to him about it." I assured.

We were outside the bookstore when he let go of my hand. Books were his first love. I didn't really stand a chance in front of them.

The bookstore was empty except for a girl at the counter whose face we couldn't see. We were in the Romantic Fiction section as he kept piling up books in my hands and kept going on about them. I understood nothing but I fucking loved the way he was so excited. He was so hyped he didn't give a fuck about anything else for the minute. This was his heaven.

The pile ended at 9 books. He had read most of the other ones on the shelves. He knew the names and the stories by heart.

We walked up to the counter with the stack of books where a girl was hanging up bookmarks with her back towards us. Allan snatched the pile away from me and banged it on the counter and the girl turned in a sudden shock. But what happened next was more shocking for everyone.

"Ashley?!" Allan blurted as she stood there equally shocked as either one of us.

WE JUST CROSSED 1.5K READS THIS IS AMAZING!!!
