It felt beautiful. No, scratch that, it was amazing. My head on his shoulder and his hands holding mine—it was all happening like the books. Actually no. It was even better. I felt sleepy. I was sleepy.

Jace looked into my eyes as I tried to look away. But I felt paralyzed—adrenaline rushing through my blood, heartbeat faster than ever as I had never ever before felt this way. I could feel myself stuck and I wouldn't dare move. For what was in front of me was a reality I had only thought of to be fictional—just imagination and nothing real.
I was dreaming, but all of this felt so real.
His hands reached for mine as a sudden wave—a current maybe, passed through my body, leaving my hollow peripherals rattled. It will forever stay a mystery how just a touch could do so much. My eyes started searching for something—lurking for something deep down in his like a lost kid looking for it's parents.
He slowly moved closer towards me and just as I noticed, our bodies touched. I closed my eyes as I saw him shut his lids and lean forward. Our lips soon touched as we dived into each other's bodies. I moved my hands through his silky hair. I wasn't scared anymore, it was mesmerizing. Every touch of his let out an explosion in my body, a catastrophic shudder in my soul, a calamity down in my heart.
He tried to pull back. So I leaned out from the kiss as my eyes were still shut. I could feel myself smiling. And soon I lost his touch. I opened my eyes but he wasn't there. Jace wasn't here anymore. I looked around—confused of the strangest events. Everything around me was pitch dark gray. I looked around, maybe even ran or walked a few steps, but it was all still gray.
Suddenly I heard a loud high pitched noise—a static maybe. One that would rattle your insides. It kept growing and growing louder. I blocked my ears with my fingers as if any of it would help. I let out a massive scream.
But I was silenced. Suddenly I felt my throat stuck. I was choking. I couldn't breathe. Like someone was holding my throat uptight to make me run out of air.
And suddenly I was falling. The ground beneath me was no more there. I was running out of air and also falling down into what seemed to be a neverending well of darkness. Suddenly I could feel water around me.
I wasn't falling anymore but I was still being choked. I could feel someone's arm—heavy, harsh and tight around my throat. I was being drowned. I rattled and moved and flapped and fought but nothing seemed to work
In that moment, I could feel the beams of sunlight that were rushing into the water—diverged and broken trying to break through the surface. I tried to break free but I just couldn't. I followed the hand that was wrapped around my neck and now I could see someone. It was a man, or perhaps a guy. How was I supposed to make out who it was when I couldn't even see anything clearly? Everything was blurred.
I could feel the salty water rumble against the edges of my skin and my mouth as I tried screaming. My lungs were contracting and I was screeching for air all over. An intense shudder of fear passed through me leaving me restless and paralyzed all at once. I couldn't fight back anymore. My eyes were hurting now. I was losing control over myself within just seconds and I could feel it. I closed my eyes and—

"Hey!" Jace was holding me as I woke up panting. "Hey! Hey Allan? Are you okay?"
I was not. It was a nightmare. And I was clearly not okay. I was struggling for air.
"Calm down Allan. Calm down." He tried soothing me down. It was helpful but not so much.
"Here have some wat—" He reached for the bottle in the other corner of the car but I cut him in between and kissed him.
I needed it.
He looked at me for a second and smiled after the kiss and leaned in back again. I kissed him once again and then we finally stopped.
"When did we reach?" I asked.
"Just 30 minutes ago." Jace answered.
"Where is everyone else?"
"Nishi and Cole went down to some decor shop which is probably a mile away from here."
"Why didn't you go?" I asked. Confused.
"Didn't wanna wake you up." He smiled.
