"Queen Miyuki was a woman like you in a way. She was a woman who loved getting her freedom and meets new people within the two different worlds, before Earth became civilized and peaceful, it a place of war and death where evil people rampage its field. These kinds of people would often escape from the grasp of justice and law to rule humanity based on their greed and ambitions. Queen Miyuki would go down on Earth and travel around trying to find a potential mate when he never came into her life at that, she let her guard down. When she did, she met new friends and found herself falling in love with those seven strangers. They ended up being her mates and she declared them the seven guardians of the Dragon Queen. The love and bond they help were strong enough to have them accept their differences and learn to share. They continued on with their lives defeating evil and leading people to prosperity. Their last battle was against Hades, no one knows about what really occurred at that time, only theories of how their battle went. But Queen Miyuki and her seven guardians never return." – Layla stated

"We did not think this would have honestly repeat itself within the next millennial." – Grandeeney said

"Let alone it had to be my lovable little sister." – Zeref growled

"We already met most of the guardians at the ball during our time down there." – Acnologia frowned not wanting to let go of his precious daughter even though she is taking her time with this mate thingy.

"And I know who was the last one is. He was the first one to figure out I was originally not from Earth and surprisingly he took it well." – Lucy smiled joyfully.

"May I ask what their occupations are?" – Selene asked

"Hm... Basketball player/university student, doctor, top General, two are currently a high school student and the other one is Draco's son and a CEO. All of them are extremely smart and popular in their own way." – Lucy answered

"Wow didn't think you get yourselves some big dogs. How are they/" – Selene whistled

"Well, they are tall, fit, and handsome with a nice voice. I'm honestly not even complaining, but I feel like they would feel uncomfortable sharing with others especially about lovers." – Lucy shrugged nervously

"Get to know them all and see how things go 'till you are ready to tell them about the marks that they hold. They don't always need to be with you always, but they just need to bond with you." – Layla smiled softly

"I guess things can work out before the battle actually comes through later on in the future, so what will we do now." – the blonde girl sighed leaning her head on her brother's shoulder

"Well, for now, we plan and spend time as a family!" – Acnologia stated excitedly as he jumps around like a kid on Christmas getting his perfect gift.

~Asahina's house~

Inside the Sunrise Residence, all the brothers that were not invited to the ball are all seated on the red u-shaped couch. They watched with bated breath as Lucy's family showed resulting in her secrets being revealed, and Lucy walking out which made the newscaster divide the screen into two showing Lucy's feed and inside the ballroom. In Lucy's feed, a man in a suit and a blue mermaid with an urn appeared beside her in gold dust, it seems they were talking about the cameraman can't capture their conversation only mumbles. The live video turns into a fantasy of magic and between a man and woman separated forcefully, Ema and Happy cried so hard that their face turns into mush. Lucy's dragon roar vibrated to the whole of Japan as they watch Lucy's form changes into half human and half dragon.

Lucy's pain and her misery of being separated from her mate caused the spectators of these events heartaches, especially those who knew Lucy very well. To them, Lucy is a bundle of warmth, joy, and gracefulness, however, seeing her like a widow who lost her husband in a battle, the husband she waited faithfully only to come back to her in a coffin. The agony resounded through her roar calling out to her beloved who left unwillingly.
