Part 75 - Three To Go

Yurio slowly opened his eyes...

"Mm...?" he squinted his eyes to find the sun burning on them from the open window.

Laughing could be heard from outside.

"... I fell asleep again?" he let out in confusion.

His empty plate lay by his bed. He shifted his head to his window to look out from it.

"Haha!! Hey!!" Luna laughed from outside as Yachel playfully tipped the watering can over her.

"Diversion!" Leo called, using his wind magic to push away the water being thrown at him.

"Hehe!! Come on, Leo! It's revenge time!!" Luna giggled, gathering a water magic attack.

"You guys are so childish..." Yukine sighed as Luna launched the attack at Yachel, who used his wings to dodge it.

Leo used his wind magic to capture the water and push it up at Yachel.

"Ah! Haha!!" Yachel laughed, water splashing on him.

Luna raised another attack, trying to get Yachel again as Yachel flew around to avoid it, using his wings to push the water away.

"Do any of you even care about overwatering the plants...?" Yukine asked, right before water drained onto him from Yachel flying past him to avoid the attack, making Luna's water splash onto Yukine instead.

"......." Yukine sat, soaking wet, as everyone fell dead silent.

Everyone froze, looking at Yukine with unease. He slowly picked himself up with a dark glare in his eye.

"Summon," He crouched down to the ground then summoned the water into his other hand.

The water vanished from the ground and launched at Luna, Leo, and Yachel. Leo quickly used his wind magic to direct the water up above them, but Yukine unleashed his demon wings and used his ultimate impact spell to crash the water back down on them.

"Ah!" Luna pouted, getting soaked with Leo.

Yukine smirked. But just then, Yachel got the water hose out and sprayed everyone with it!!

"Ah! Haha!!" Luna giggled as Yukine got splashed with them.

They all began attacking each other with water!

Yurio watched as they played... but didn't smile. He slowly turned out of bed and got to his feet.

"Um!" He wobbled slightly, resting his hand in his head as his other arm extended out to help him regain balance.

He looked about him then took a few steps.

"Hm. Feel much better," he thought to himself.

He headed downstairs with his coat.

"Agh!" Atomu yelped, bumping into him with a pile of books.

"Uh. What are you doing???" Yurio questioned.

"Echo told me to find all the books that had been damaged and take them to her! She's gonna restore their knowledge!" Atomu beamed.

"That's a lot of books..." Yurio mentioned, bending down to help pick up the books 

"Yeah, that scary girl really destroyed the place," Atomu reminded him, kneeling to pick the books up.

"Oh, right... Wait, so Echo's gonna restore all of these?" Yurio caught on.

"Yeah! Well, try to. She has studied most of these, you know?" Atomu returned.

"How has she had the time to read that much?" Yurio asked, getting to his feet.
